talwar the great - the real story
by tiger on Jan 02, 2011 12:18 PM  Permalink

talwar is the criminal - he and his wife had gone for a orgy session in a 5-star. when they came back they found hemant and arushi making love. talwar confronted arushi. arushi hit back asking talwar to check his affairs and parties. talwar hit arushi and by accident she died. hemraj saw this and tried to run away. talwar chased him and killed him also. after doing all this they did not know what to do. they called their powerful relatives and then tried to manage the show. they managed media, doctors and police. noida police was more effective then cbi - they got talwar and he agreed that he has done all this - but then the other powerful people involved came in action - and managed police and media. all blooooodddddy aasssssssholesssss. talwar is a blooooody murderer.

Talwar's mistake will haunt him
by VENURAJA Bowenpalle on Jul 13, 2008 04:36 PM  Permalink

I can easily understand a father's feeling for his daughter.
His mistake was to allow the servant to live inside the apartment house. In the TV they were all looking like row houses.
A servant living inside (generally a maid servant), opening the door for outsiders, either for her lover, strangers etc., is very well known and led to the crimes we all know.

He should never have allowed the servant to live inside.
It seems that the compounder Krishna (the killer according CBI) was working with Dr.Talwar for the last 5 years and so is the servant Hemaraj who seems to be cook-cum-servant.
And Talwar family seems to be not a very rich family or very affluent family but only an upper middle class family, earning their living
by a profession.
I heard one friend telling me that he could not hear when relatives came and were beating the door bell, and finally they returned because he had switched on the AC of bedroom and he was sleeping with his wife. Both of them could not hear. They say that is possible that you may not hear noise in the hall when you sleep in the bed room with window AC switched on.

Mr.Talwar would repent for his life and we all should learn a lesson from his mistake.
Never allow woman servant or man servant inside the house. They open the door for outsiders either with prior appointment or out of ignorance.
Always have dogs like GSD or Doberman which are far loyal than any human being.

AAJ TAK is the Worst news channel
by Suraj on Jul 13, 2008 09:23 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This channel is the worst news channel of all. For every small news they add a lot of masala from their side and project it as if there is a nuclear holocast. When ever i go to AAJ TAK i always find a 'BREAKING NEWS' caption even if there is a news like a person injured by a car at noida crossing.

he he he ur absolutely right friend! remember those captions in aaj tak? " darinda baap".. "haywan pita".. then when the poor father ( dr talwar)was crying after his arrest and trying to say that aarushi was his dear precious child.. aaj tak came out with the caption.. " rone ka natak"!.. i wud really be happy if the news editors and journalists responsible are hanged publicly and the channel banned ... they have doing this and getting away with it repeatedly.. remember the cases of anara gupta(miss jammu), uma khurana ( the delhi school teacher)prof matuknath ( patna professor) etc?

Shiva, Circumstances were not such that police would be forced to give news conference. If they wanted to find out the truth they would have done it properly. There are always scientific ways to find out such as DNA tests. Malinging father by talking rubbish and trash is not the way to go out find out and thats why cops should be blamed. Nobodys mind wants to create such stories on the other hand everyone hopes it happens to no family. But unfortunately it happened to this family & then its medias reponsibility to cover the news story in unbiased & in a manner in which is not sensational.

This couple is trying to define excellency in journalism and aping CNN here in the United States. They should take a look at their own stories and comment on it. Its really amzing to see how much they try to imitate western style. Hope they improve and change.

Looking back.... we all are the culprits
by Akash on Jul 12, 2008 07:08 PM  Permalink

Whatever hpnd in this case was very very shameful for media, police and infact socity in all.
A family faces a trauma of murder of their only daughter, and to add to it was the chrges on them and silly stories behind the motive of killing.
Police acted irresponsibly, and gave all the statements they cud think of.
Media was a bigger culprit, it was bcoz of them police was into huge pressure to close the case. but media's motive was what... it was not to solve the case, but to give some spicy stuff to the viewers. i remember one channel showing a mms clips of a girl in a compromising situation and suspecting it to be Aarushi. thts really cheap on part of media to gain publicity on the expense of a sweet girl who had died, and her family.
and what did we do... this case was bigger hit amongst viewers then IPL.. why did we all enjoy the viewing of all these news?? this can hpn to any family in future, and people wud be enjoying the masaala over the news channels.
The damage done to the family cannot be repaired, however, we all owe apology to the Talwar family.

IPC dates back to 1861.. using this law the police can arrest anyone for at least a night for any trumped up charge.. and do u know what that means? even a night in a police lock up in india is like dying .. floor full of piss and shit.. criminals beating u up.. sodomising u if its so called judicial custody.. day after day in court bail is refused or hearing deferred.. or judgment withheld!.. noone to listen to yr complaints if the police beat u up for getting forced admission of guilt.. and on top of that all the recent politically correct laws brought in by the feminist and casteist lobbies where without any proof or any logic u can held for 60 days just coz someone wants to settle personal scores with u or blackmail u!

Arushi murder case
by mp prakashan on Jul 12, 2008 05:01 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is very shameful that U.P Police arrested Dr.Rajesh Talwar, father of Arushi accusing him as the killer of his daughter and kept in Jail in connection with this case over this period of 2 months without any reason or concrete evidence.

It has affected Dr.Rajesh Talwar & Dr.Nupur Talwar as to more tragic incident in their life than a powerful earth quake or cyclone or flood which made destruction of everything they had in their life. The incident has ruined their life. It was such a situation in the life of Dr.Talwar when he would like to get blew himself when the loved one murdered and everyone blamed him for the murder. Everyone can imagine the trauma and mental agony through which they passed all these days. Now what is in their life ?

May almighty give strength to Dr.Rajesh Talwar & Nupur Talwar to endure the worries and live their rest of the life peacefully.

More sickening were the cock and bull stories about sex orgies and wives swapping. As one who has gone through similar trauma a few years back, can understand what Rajesh and Nipur Talwar must have gone through. They deserve support and sympathies from all Indians.

Such things can only happen when investigations are carried out to seek promotions or make money. India has the most dishonest, shameless and corrupt justice delivery system in the world despite the motto “SATYA MAVE JATEEV” publicized all around.

not just the short cut hunting cops but the glory hunting power wielding media too!they create the backdrop on which the draconian laws and the fascist justice delivery system thrive!.. and what if there were orgies and swapping? thats not any journalist's busienss neither is it the cops's business.. whats that to do with their daughter's murder? anyone who has sex outside marriage is a criminal? a potential murderer? this is just another example of the rampaging puritanism and political correctness ruling our society today!
