This is an unconstitutional resolution. The Kerala state assembly is exceeding its brief. Matters like foreign relation, national security come under the central. A state legislature has no right to pass any order with regards to this. The Kerala govt. should be dismissed and presidents rule should be imposed in state for such an unconstitutional move.
