The legislation amends Section 123 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954. It lets the US make a one-time exception for India to keep its nuclear weapons without signing the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). ITS A MUST AS IT WILL CORRECT IND ECONOMY TO A REMARKABLE EXTENT

If they vote against the deal, they can do do at the cost of their urban middle class voter base. And if the UP is additionally defeated, then urban India will rise unitedly to give a lesson which BJP will never forget.
I am totally against the economic policies,minority appeasement politics,inept handling of issues of national importance etc of the UPA govt. But still, I wish that this Govt wins Vote of confidence in the Parliament and complete its full term. If the Govt falls, the economy which is already in a turmoil, will go go from bad to worse. Anyway, next govt will be decisively headed by either Congress or BJP and there will be very little role for regional parties.their blackmail politics will no more work in future.Electorate should vote tactically to keep away self-serving smaller,irrelevant regional parties .A stable, powerful govt at the centre will definitely help the economy and all-round growth.

Ofcourse he is taking a broader view and India will be his biggest client. See Australia will not sell to India till the NSG approved India as a authorised signatory and India is just going to do that once IAEA approves the draft and agreement is signed as already NSG as a whole has supported India because of teh Indian nuclear program and its security.
Their strategy will not work. India can't trust these personalities any more. They have lied to the nation that certain clause of IAEA can't be disclosed to the public untill it is signed. It means we are siging on the ditted lines. All bakwas. They just want to push the deal at any cost, at national cost. Look at the promise by our great FM (Double digit inflation). He promises that the future Govts will fund his loan waiver scheme. Within next 5 years the bankers will, be reimbursed for the waiver by the Govt or so. So no immediate out flow of funds for this Govt. But immediate credit for the Govt, debit will go to the next Govt. Great idea.!!! Dig the grave for the next govt. If this strategy is followed by the consecutive govts, what will be the condition of the country?. FM is expert in future trading. He is sure to sit in the opposition and laugh at the then Govt to heal his wounds later.
