Jitendra Kumar, the Britishers introduced English eduction in India to meet their requirement of "Clerks" Of course we have some advantage of learning English but don't think that our Country would not have progressed without English. If not for Englihs, hindi/tamil or any other Indian language would have taken its place.
Countries like China, Japan, Korea, France, Germany, etc have made tremendous progress than India even without much command over English language.

None of them have 50 languages in one country.Every state of India gives priority to local languages.

None of them (except China) is even the size of a State in India (some of them are not even the size of Bastar - the largest district in India)!!!!!!! India is a continent sized country. Naturally there would be many languages (but not 50 as you want us to believe)

Yes..and India will sustain it because they did not sell india off. They have not done it...it is the US Economy going in a recession which has an impact on almost every other country.
Major corruption of MMS is allocation of 60000/- crores farm loan waiver. This scheme is to feed the congie workers only. Very few farmers are getting it is reality. See the latest news, every day, even now, farmers are suiciding in Karnataka.

what I am trying to say is people definately had in mind many names beyond Rahul Gandhi-Sonia Gandhi-Manmohan singh and Advani
If those ommited choices were not put for a vote then the entire opinion poll smells of a biased attempt to influence the Congress.
Lastly Mr Advani may NOT actually be the BJP Prime Minister if the BJP comes to power, and he may nominate at the last moment someone as the PM is a fact which a lot of BJP insiders discuss openley.
The reality is the entire neuclear fiasco is indeed a ploy to divert attention by the UPA government to the real issue facing the Nation which is highest inflation levels, soaring petrolium costs, food grain shortage and industrial slump. Its a whitewash and smoke screen by the government to keep people blind tothe disaster that is in the awaiting.

To counter the high prices, there should have been plan during the last fifty years of rule. Like nuclear power, oil exploration, dams, electrified railways, fuel efficient vehicles, set up of more fertilizer industries etc. Where is the vision by the congies?
Congress is a minority appeasement party. It doesnt act opon islamic terrorists. The nuclear deal may be signed even afterwards. But if the life goes by this no action on terrorists, the life cannot be brought back. So the congress is more dangerous to the nation than the benifits from nuclear deal. Therefore the congress must go first.

How many are from the Christian community? Even from the miniscule Parsi community there was a tall leader called Dadabhoy Naoroji. And we had Maulana Abul Kalam Azad from Muslim community.

Annie basant was a charlatan (do you know what were the activities of Theosophical Society of India and another woman called Madam Balavatsky?) and Humes was a retired British officer who was trying to curry flavour with locals for protecting Britsh interest.
