I am curious. How do you get all these numbers when Mdm Sonia Gandhi and Mr Rahul Gandhi have overwhelming support. In any case, the Congress has strenghtened its hands by going ahead with the N-deal.

NO ONE SHOULD BE SURPRISED IF IN THE NEXT ELECTIONS CONGRESS DOES NOT EVEN REACH THE 100 MARK...
Not even 1% of indians know what is the nuclear deale all about. Its pity that one of the great economist who is the man behind what india is now a days could not take forward India ahead this time with increasing inflation.Dr Manmohan Singh we have full faith in you and your policy but if u can change your party or fight as independent or float your own party with the greats like Chidambaram,Montek singh,Navtej saran,Atal bihari,Jyotiradatiya singh etc etc, cuting across al party lines and dont ever trust thses left.
Are is some dark age to have people who have lost their prime to be the PM . No sensible progressive nation in the world today have a Pm at 90.What is happened to Indian people . The contry with the largest youth as percentage population ? Does it deserve it the youth of the country definely deserves some thing better. Are all become like bajan bajii people . God Save INDIA

YEP YOU ARE RIGHT...IT SHOULDNT BE ALDVANI...IT SHOULD BE NARINDER MODI AS INDIAS NEXT PRIME MINISTER....
What we require now for development of our country is a political will and not the vote bank politics. If you analyse the growth of any country in the world you will find that only one man with a srtong will brought the developments.
Who will rule is not the matter what will he deliver is what is required now.
I do not belong to any party but during my travel I saw the industrial growth in Gujarat which was really surprising.

Mr. Neelakandan , Appreciate your views and the greatenss of your wisdom to see the growth in gujarat. Is it that you have seen only gujarat in your life that you saw growth only in gujrat the stae of the most corrupt business men in the country !what was happening in rajastan. In the history of Inida for the fiest ime we had a 5 year plan where all staes including Bihar showed possive growth . Communist Bengal to Dessert rajastan. Please dont promote another homogenism.

Thank you for your appreciation and I did not expect that gentleman.
You know once upon a time Bihar was a well administrated state in India and its growth percentage was very high when compared to other states. But what is state now.
Corruption where it is not there can you please tell me.
For your information in my 40 years of service I have travelled all most all states in India and was associated with several major projects and seen the growth.

Dear Sir:
After fprty years of service, can you please enlighten us about the meaning of this sentence:
"Corruption where it is not there can you please tell me."
Just because corruption is widespread, does it become acceptable? If you look at international rankings, the least corrupt countries are the most prosperous.

I fully agree with you. Just because it is wide spread it cann not be acceptable.
But what is the solution? Then what we have to look into is that when the same affects the growth of a country or affect the day to day living then it becomes problem.
The prosperous nature of international countries not only attributes to least corruption but thre are several factors.
Then why we compare. We have best talents and hard work when compared to others. But what is the growth with that.
Let us concentrate on factors other than what we or any body can not change.
RedCons have created enough ignorants, criminals, chamchas & corrupts makes a difficult job for any pronation progressive party like BJP to form a government.
The Week magazine belongs to manorama group in Kerala who are Christians and devout Sonia and congress supporters. No wonder congress appears to do relatively well in their surveys
If compared this government and its predecessor NDA government, UPA didn't do anything rather than pleasing the member parties. Utter mismanagement came as a result this time around when inflation and declining growth got visible. Whereas NDA government did good work even the critics were acknowledging this fact. They lost coz of their bad poll management last time. Now an straight comparison puts them way ahead I believe.
Dear Friends, This article is false propagonda of media to project somebody as something by taking money. Rediff must of recieved good amount for displaying this article. But Indian people are little smart and they can not be carried away by this type of hype and propagonda. It shows that Indian Shining campaign did not open concerned people's eyes.

Advani should be rejected not only by Muslims and Dalits but by all right-thinkng people. India has no alternative to Mdm Sonia Gandhi and Mr Rahul Gandhi.

Who told u that u r right-thinking? Madam Gandhi and Mr Rahul are not even grads. In fact nobody after Nehru passed grad in the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty. How can on XII standard pass can be India's PM. Else the whole of India will be something like Bihar...
These polls are just to make their masters happy which is congress for 'The Week'. Reality is Congress will not get more than 50 seats. NDA is going to get more than 300 seats. Just keep watching

I am sure he is. The only way forward for India is to reject communal parties and to support left and democratic forces. Procach Carrot should be the next PM!
