Congress, which has ruled this country for maximum number of years, has brought all the black rules of politics.Congress is known for telling white lies.Fellows claim that they have all the numbers and fixed the time for 22nd. NORMALLY the President has to fix the Date.
In fact they have to hurry and that's why they have completed the preliminiary work with IAEA etc.Now this horse trading is a time consuming job.They have to fix rates, negotiate, find sponsors etc. That's why they have opted for 11 Days.Aur baten karte hain bade bade.
