well you could even look at this way-the CBI under pressure were desperate to whitewash this particularly twisted case of immoral parents engaging in ammoral acitivities involved in a dastardly crime.Already children started suspecting their own parents, the societal structure built up over hundreds of years was looking like it was collapsing,so the CBI had to find a scapegoat in Krishna, the no-good alien from Nepal and restore some kind of normalcy.

Infact given the track record of our police in so called fake-encounters, ( or even the CBI in cases like BOFORS ), they could have been under severe pressure, bcos the Govt drew lot of flak for char. assasination. So unfortunately, this case has become Arushi-centric. As though Hemraj's life counts for little. Thats why I ask this question again - why did Hemraj express his fear for life with a Noida social worker , days before the episode ? Investigations are not supposed to be made to prove or disprove indigestible facts, which certain people or politicians might not like.
could this be a ploy by the CBI hoping that the murderer would make a mistake like coming open boasting with friends about how the CBI and Police have not been able to catch him ?
CBI is a fabulous organization. It tells us that Talwars did not know anything about the murder, even though their daughter was killed next door. Earlier they told us that Moninder Singh Pandher (also of Noida) was totally innocent even though most of the murders took place in his house! Jai ho CBI!

Totally agree. What a coincidence that the actions of the servants are not noticed by their masters in their own house. The Talwars are themselves to blame to some extent for their suspicious behviour. All their actions have not been normal at all, post murder. Any educated person would not try to disturb the existing evidence by cleaning or doing things like that. Though he may have no hand in the murder, he has been more than mum on certain things. My strong feeling is that it was Hemraj who was the intended victim and not Arushi. Arushi was just the unfortunate hurdle in their way, and hence a sad victim. Why is not CBI investigating the other angle - the statement provided by the social worker just 2-3 days after the murder. I myself had seen that on TV. She told on TV that Hemraj had approached her a few days before saying that his life was in danger. She was in a hurry to catch a flight to Blore, hence she did not discuss further. That surely tell one thing - there is something more to the case. Not many will believe that a rebuke in the clinic could be a reason for 2 murders. But if Hemraj was the intended victim, then must be something more to the case. And maybe there are a few hidden skeletons in the cupboard, which maybe even Talwar wants to be silent about. Could even be monetary reasons...as there were reports that Hemraj had duped some people in a chit fund business. Was Talwar unware of such issues or is he really ignorant ?

yah what a coincidence that the so called social worker "had to leave town in a hurry after she ws told by hemraj that his life ws in danger!" she obviously found it impossible to inform anyone b4 leaving .. in order to save his life! but after the incident she ws sooo proactive about the whole thing! shudnt she be investigated too!? after all who is actually trying to confuse the main issue by trying to implicate the talwars!?
RE:Way to go CBI!
by Rajesh Shetty on Jul 11, 2008 09:56 PM Permalink
If what the social worker had said was true, then surely it must be investigated. Moreover, it has nothing to do with implicating Talwars. It has more to do with finding out the motive behind the murders - not just Arushi, but also Hemraj, mind you. It is the media which has potrayed it as 'the Arushi murder case '. As though Hemraj was a non-entity ! Probably in India ur lineage counts even in death ! What motive could that soical worker have by saying such a thing about Hemraj ? And surely that statement does not put the Talwars in the dock...! Its their own actions after the murders which raised many questions.

i know its difficult to believe pal! and soooo dissapointing .. no? but the fact is that in a large house ( the talwars were well off people living in a spacious large accomodation) at night.. with doors closed, its not possible to hear sounds made inside the closed doors of a servant's room on another floor!and poor aarushi was throttled by 3 grown up men and she didnt hv a chance to make a noise! have u ever been set about by 3 lare grown up men when u are sleeping and given the full treatment? then perhps u wud understand why she cudnt make a noise! and pandher ws living alone in that house with his servant and ws out most of the time.. moreover he had compromised himself by using his servant to coordinate with call girls .. so his control on that maniac was loose ..

Dear Sandeep, if u might have seen on TV, the same apartment was shown , and Arushi's door was just 2-3 ft away from Talwars room, even Hemraj's room was not that far away. But that does not answer one question - why did Hemraj ever fear for his life , and why did he approach that social worker, a few days back itself ? There must be a more convincing reason for a murder, which Hemraj knew, and was afraid of. Surely that reason would not have been Krishna being scolded by Talwar..
Why don't you take it on yourself to ask that social worker who was so concerned for Hemraj that she chose to take an alternate flight and also informed the police about the imminent threat to a person's life.
You would do a great social service by finding that social worker and finding out the truth for the benefit of the audience here.
C'mon Dude do u really believe a social worker who when approached by a poor man abt a lurking death threat does not have time for him but instead takes a flight and once he is dead comes back to hog the limelight.
india today is ruled by a coterie of cops, NGOs, caste and gender based fanatical organisations and of course our darling MEDIA!remember the following cases ?: 1) anara gupta .. former miss jammu.. accused by the meida ( led by aaj tak), shiv sena and the police of being a pr**titute ? later it ws proved to be a hoax.. the entire so called investigative jouirnalism trick! but her life ws runed by then. 2) uma khurana , the hapless delhi school teacher on whom a so called sting operation ws done by the media ( live india channel?)to prove that she ws a call girl racketeer! based on that she was beaten up by a mob and sacked from her job then it came about that the entire thing was hoax set up by a budding unscrupulous journalist and his female associate looking for easy pblicity.. in the meanmtime khurana's life was ruined 3)kapil dev was framed by manoj prabhakar thru another heroic sting operation by tehelka! an madeout into a villain! there nyumerous such eamples of the media playing the judge, jury, executioner and God! i just pray to the real God that one day these people get their proper come uppance. like those communist leaders of rumania who were lynched on the streets! only then perhaps the soul destroying mantal agony of the talwars and the anara guptas will be avenged somewhat!

Dr. Talwar has been the most unfortunate entity in the whole investigation. He was painted as the key culprit when the Noida police hastily did the eminently forgettable press conference on TV where the senior Sikh police official gleefully recited his findings as though he was reciting a Bollywood movie script. Now that we all know that this so called police finding was crap & hurriedly cooked up, the serious question that begs an answer is how does an innocent individual protect himself against such near global slander by the police ?. I am sure the Sikh police inspector would get away scot free after such an irresponsible misdemeanour. One can also see that the quality of police investi- gations is generally crap and can be easily swayed by money considerations.

Sikhs of Noida are truly special. One was this police official. The other one was the mastermind of Nithari scandal but CBI gave him a clean chit. CBI is truly an amazing organization!

there r thousands of such unfortunate victims in this country suffering under draconian laws and vicious meida activism.. and everyday politically correct lobbies are screaming for more draconian laws and more powers to the police! today u a.. me .. anyone can be picked up on any trumped up charge and some typical allegation brought which conforms to the global agenda of political correctness.. like rape, sexual harrassment, terrorism , or anythign to do with women or race or caste.. and then we r presumed gulity , put in hell holes called police lock ups.. where wer beaten up.. fed inedible food.. sleep amongst shit and urine, sodomised by criminals.. and day after day the courts deny our bail applications.. without any logic.. if u closely follow the cases where the above PC issues are involvd u will see how bad and dangerous it is for indian citizenry..

Yes, I agree. This misuse of power was most abundantly clear in the case of Nidhari killings where the main suspect with muscle and money power walks away scot free even after a detailed probe. The TV telecasts showed that he was clearly the offender. How can we as ordinary citizens band together, invite legal expertise to make sure, there is no miscarriage of justice ?
1 Hemraj invited Krishna & Co. to drink and to party. This means that they were doing it before also. Now it's strange that Talwar didn't know about this before May 16th, the date of which his daughter got killed.
2 How did they (Krishna & Co.) used to enter the house?? If by main door then, on the night of the murder also they must have been entered through the main door. This means that after murdering Arushi and Hemraj, they must have been escaped through main door??
3 And if that is so, then did the main door were locked from inside when Talwar family waked up the following moring?? Because it’s obvious that they can't leave through the Terrace because they had locked it up with the Hemaraj's body on terrace along with Arushis Bed mattress. CBI hasn't come up with any such statement regarding their escape route. Hope fully they will come up in the later days.
4 Now CBI has stated that the murder weapon was kukri and they flushed it down the toilet. If that is so then a question raises that a kukri which is big in size, how can that easily go down the toilet and CBI inspite of cleaning the drain didn't find it. Now they are saying that Krishna tried to mislead the CBI. If a person in Narco Test is revealing all the motive behind the murder he must have also said where and what they did with the weapon. How can CBI inspite of all this can say Krishna and Rajkumar tried to mislead even after revealing so much to them.

5 Noida police said that Arushi on the night of her murder had SMSed to some number quiet a few number I guess for one hour. Did CBI verified the SMS record?? What conversation did she had???
6 Why would the killers destroy and throw the mobile phone of Hemraj n Arushi's
7 What about the post mortem report having discrepency. Why didn't the family resisted when post mortem reports were found doctered and has some discrepency?? Now dont tell me that CBI will come out tomorrow saying that Noida police had influenced the doctors to do so.

i agree wid ur point.. many questions r left unanswered.. in india we do everything but ya we dun reveal it openly n even when revealed we dun wanna accept the fact n truth..cbi cant be trusted as it bases all this theory on narco tests wid no evidence. btw tat point abt khukri being flushed is totally invalid. i agree tat how can such a heavy metal be flushed down the drain..there shud be another team 2 investigate cbi's investigations wich has badly handled so many earlier cases..they r the most corrupt!

Hello, im not saying that Talwar is the culprit. What i am trying to say is CBIs investigation doesn't explane lot of questions.
Buddy you are talking about CBI solving a murder case not a news channel reporting what they saw. so there shoould be some solid proof investigating and giving reason in all aspects. LEAVING NOTHING.
And if i get the selection i would definitly get into that no questions any takers????
