I totally agree with you! People ......... I just want to tell you all only one thing - there can never be better gods than parents. Mathru devo bhava, pithru devo bhava! This is our culture and we are not some junglee adam derived products.

And its very well said by the Great Jagadguru Adi Shankara - "Kuputhrobhi jayed kvachidapi kumata pitha na bhavathi"

A Family's Loss- Police Incompetence- Media Speculation-Silent Community
by Rangaswamy Aiyer on Jul 11, 2008 11:50 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I am deeply sorry for the loss of the parents of their one and only daughter. At the same time I really feel ashamed to be part of a community where the media speculation and gossip mongers bend the facts and come up with their own version of the truth.

It is really a shame on all those reporters and people who instead of understanding the grief of losing one's doting daughter chose to indulge in mudslinging. In the process making mockery of investigation process and turning an aggrieved party into culprit.

My heart goes out to the father who had to not only live with the loss but also had to go with the ignominy of being blamed for it.

I appeal to all like minded people to take up cudgels against those who started this indignation campaign and demand action against those who chose to indulge in these frivolous talks to rake in quick moolah.

I sincerely hope that instead of filing frivolous Rakhi Sawant cases some lawyers bring in defamation suit against the UP police for dereliction of duty and show case notice against Media channels.

The above would be the first right step by the community re-assuring the family that we care. Honestly I doubt if that will ever happen on the contrary I am pretty sure that Dr. Talwar would still be seen as a convict by many and in the days to come there will be theories abound about the rich vs poor conspiracy.

CBI telling the truth???
by Chandrashekhar Chiplunkar on Jul 11, 2008 11:38 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Why CBI did not carry narco test on Talwar? It says it did not have any proof against him. CBI did not have any proof against Krishna as well but nacro test was carried on him!

Anyone could get entry into the Talwars house in the night without their knowledge and consume liquor?

CBI as usual is trying to put the blame on servants as it did in Nithari case. In Nithari case also the servant was to disclose something according to the media report but the next day the news was servant accepted the blame!! Payal's father gets murdered and CBI does not find anyone to point finger at?

Who were drunk? All three? Then Hemraj was accomplice! Then why should he be murdered? And why Hemraj if he was against the murder not tried to stop others? and not shouted?

Is it possible to rape Aarushi in her own house when Talwars were present in the house?

Were the criminals were so powerful in a drunk position that they over powered even Hemraj?

Again why Talwar disposed of bodies so fast? Why police tried to cover up the case? Why the Hemraj's body was discovered the next day and not on the same day? Was it that fearing that he could disclose the real murderer he was murdered the next day and his body to planted into Talwar's house?

Many questions!! The answers must be with CBI team but they are not telling the truth I feel!!

Facts shunted Figures entered ( in the right pockets )
by dengudubabai on Jul 11, 2008 10:57 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

How can parents sleep so well with a young daughter at home when three servants entered the house and had drinks and without making noise killed hemraj and arushi. I bet the parents were having fun with durrani couple at their place. With some high connections this case has been closed. God is watching talwars and durranis and scores of couples who are doing immoral things one day you will have to face it badly.

Times Now TV Apologise.
by s s on Jul 11, 2008 10:38 PM  Permalink

I do not have a TV and do not watch it normally. But one day I saw in Times Now TV the oversize newsreader male interviewing Arushi's mother and causing her to break down with his persistent questions. He should apologize on the same channel on prime time.
Shame on the irresponsible media.

Irresponsible Media, Hopelessly bad NOIDA police
by Vinayak Gadekar on Jul 11, 2008 10:09 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The media also has to take the blame for hounding the Talwar family and being hell-bent on proving Rajesh Talwar guilty (in addition to the incompetant NOIDA police).

The media has to understand that they need not act as 'smart investigators' and try to sensationalise things.

'Irresponsible journalism' at its best by NDTV, Star News, Redif, TOI everyone....When will our countrymen in the media act as a 'mature' entity ?

The media came to report later on there was solid proof of discrepencis everywhere in the case right from the day one.

That got even more as and when things went forward with the denial of Talwar saying he didn't hear any noise, accusing hemraj first and then body of hemray being found on the terrece, and then finding discepencies in the post mortem report.

Yes to some extent they might have been guilty as well but not to that extent because there were lots of questions which was hard to believe.

More over with the denials of Talwar family inspite of repeated requests from the media saying them to reavel or to speak to the media even after they were been told that the suspicion or point of doubt is going to Talwar family itself.

They didn't ready to utter a word.

Then one fine morning they are arranging for a press meeting and that was when police has come out saying the affair between the Talwar and the Durrani Here it was Mrs Talwar who came out to speak to the media when earlier in one of the clipping in one news channel this same women was stopping Mr. Talwar to speak infront of the media.

Mrs. Talwar was for the first time arranged and spoke infront of the media on the extra marital affair dening the report. but were was she when the meida asked to speak up even after they have been told that there is suspicion on Mr. Talwar. She did not spoke anything on her daughter inspite of the repeated attempts from the media asking to speak up.

They asked
