even majority of readers in the forum hv questioned d theory. they must hv been pressurised to find scapegoat like those servants to save the doctor. to find out the truth, supreme court shud intervene n unearth the hidden agenda of cbi.
why did this cbi disclosure came on the day when India was going to IAEA.These disclosures about Arrushi murder case by CBI are nothing else but dust in the eye and an attempt to divert media's and public attention from the congress troubles after left has withdrwan support
Rajesh Talwar and Nupur are fantastic parents..They drink well,eat well,and sleep well too....Krishna is so intelligent.He thought he will be permanent employee if he kills his masters daughter.Rajkumar had an evil eye on arushis body.So as soon as he came near her,he stabbed her with a khukri instead of sexual organ.Arushi and Hemraj was silent when they were attacked.Because they thought it will wake up their neighbours......oh CBI , u people are great.....by the way what all degree and knowledge one has to know to get into CBI??? should they just need to roam around the house hold with some stick ,trying to find khukri and then learn some narco testing and polygraph testing????? ...fantastic world and fantastic job !!!!!
Whatever the CBI tells about the motive and killer of Aarushi, The real killer are the parents, Rajesh & Nupur Talwars.It is nothing less than criminal act to leave your young daughter alone in the house where your servant also stays. As Talwars have denied that they did not go to hotel and they were at home on the night of murder,then the question is How on earth a servant can dare to call his friends for a drinks party and plan to physicaly assault the daughter of the master who is sleeping next door.The Talwars do not hear thier daughter's scream, they do not hear the scuffle between Hemraj and others. Two people gets killed in a horrible manner just few feet away from thier bed room and they know nothing about it. This is vry hard to believe. The fact is Talwars were not at home at the time of murder. Tchnically they are innocent but moraly they are the killer of thier daughter.

The No.1 and leading newspaper "Gujarat Samachar" has searched and boldly written on 10 July edition as :- (1) Dr Talwar and his wife Nupur participated in a late night party of few couples during 12 midnight to 3 am at a hotel in Delhi, during murder night, for which they understand own self guilty and shameful, and always tried to shut entire case. (2) Under effect of strong wine these three servants tried to rape on Aarushi, and then what happened, we all know. (3) Signs of rape may have been deleted from postmortem report by influence with government doctors. (4) Some money must have been paid to Noida police, to get the case finish quickly. But TV channels were more interested only because rape may be proved in future, so it may become a sensational story.
Though I pity the Talwars for the loss of their daughter, I cant belive parents could be so irresponsible! How on earth could you have a male servant back home...when you have a 14 year old daughter at home? I am sure there would have been no prohibitions in the house..else how would a servant have the guts to invite 3 other men for a drinks party when the owner is back home??! May be its a daily affair who knows?
The talwars would repent for their carelessness for the whole of their life now!
Whatever story given by country's biggest investigation agency is un-belivable. Everybody knows these two families have closeness with politicians like Bajpayi. If there servants get very good prosecutor, CBI bhi nangi ho jayegi. There are so many loop holes in their investigation, which are highlighted in this blog. CBI purposely framed servants to save there two families.
One does feel sorry for Dr. Rajesh Talwar, whose character was maligned for no valid reason on TV by the then DGP Gurdarshan Singh. The DGP also wrongly framed charges against him for assumed wrong relationship with Ms. Durrani. Is there no legal luminary in India who can help Dr. Talwar file a lawsuit against the errant DGP and his police force for at least 10 crs. so that the police do not err again. It looks very obvious now that the Ghaziabad police did this foolhardy thing to come up with some thing, true or otherwise, before their internal deadline by higher authorities. I don't think they should be allowed to go scot free after ruining a straight forward person's career, reputation, and social standing.
if you listen carefully, cbi director uses HE instead of SHE. if these SC/ST officer can`t speak english well why don`t these people speak in hindi. This case is a good example of "how reservation is effecting administrative infrastructure. most of the UP COPS involved were SC/ST including IG,DIG.... shit

Yes, justice has been done at last. Imagine the nightmare that Dr.Talwar had to go through. Firstly your daughter gets murdered brutally and then you are put behind the bars cuz u r a 'suspect'. Why would a father kill his own daughter? Why would a mother keep silent? Aray baba.. even an animal would try to attack you if you try to hurt its baby. All this talk of Dr. Talwar being the suspect is utter nonsense.
We must appreciate the efforts put in by CBI to crack the murder. I've seen what CBI had to say about how they came to conclusions and I feel they have done a terrific job. People, do not be critical of CBI. This aint no hollywood flick that can be solved in hours. India's best brains have worked on it. Dont call it crap. It is an insult to our nation.
