USA has 116 nuclear reactors. They are not suffering becuase of load shading, power failure. So they do not require any more nuclear reactor.

It is like Mahabharta story, when Duryodhna was asked to find out GOOD people, he said there are no good people is world , because he himself was not good person, But when Yudhistir was ask to find out BAD person, he said there are all GOOD people in world, because he was GOOD person.
Like that all Congress people think L K Advani is untrustworthy.
India would require 500-600 thousand MW of power by 2030 up from 132,110 at present. Thus nuclear power is the only way forward for India. Energy needs of India are increasing exponentially and only nuclear power is the way forward. Increased price of oil and gas internationally, issues of climate change associated with coal as well as the breakdown of consensus on big dams, India needs Nuclear Energy. India generates 132,110 lakh MW of power annually. Of this, 64.7 per cent is generated from thermal power, 26.2 per cent is generated through hydro electric power, 5.9 per cent is from renewable power sources and only 3.1 per cent through nuclear power.Nuclear power would contribute 10 per cent of the country's energy needs by the year 2022 and 26 per cent of the needs by the year 2052. Share of nuclear power in world wide energy production was one per cent in 1960 and between 1960 to 1986, it rose to 16 per cent of world's energy production. The share has remained constant since then. There are 439 nuclear power reactors operating around the world and the US accounts for 104 of these reactors followed by France at 59, Japan at 55, Russian Federation 31 and Republic of Korea 20. Out of the 35 new nuclear power plants under construction in the world, Asia accounts for 24 of these. While China is building six new nuclear power plants to get 5,222 MW power for its grid, India too is building six such plants which would add 2910 MW of to its grid.

Rubbish. Nuclear power currently contribute only 2.6 percent of the total electricity. Even if we want to double its share, it will cost three times the annual budget of India. It is too expensive to go for nuclear when alternative cheaper options are available. India does not need this eeal, as India has enough natural uranium mines but not yet developed. India also has Thorium in plenty. This deal has nothing to do with electricity but to stop India having nuclear weapons.

Mr.bose do u know the difference between nuclear weapons and nuclear energy? can u tell me one difference between communist in china and india? y dont u go to china and leave this country to us, we dont need communist to tell us what we have to do, do u know how much time we may take to produce energy from thorium,u r just a idiot who pretends to know everything but the fact is u know nothing? i must say the proverb "empty vessel makes loud noise" suits u best. just compare development in west bengal and other state and u will come to know y bengal has gone to dogs,

Dependence on any non-renewable source of energy is highly dangerous. Earlier we resorted to Coal and now the coal reserves are drying out. The projects based on coal have become obsolete, cost of production has gone up and in the near future, the thermal projects have to be shut down. Similarly, the Petroleum used for energy purposes. The reserves are going down and cost is going up. Our dependence on OPEC has made OPEC a monopoly like situation and all the equipment using petroleum are facing danger of extenction. The Nuclear energy too would be no different. If we are dependent on fuel for foreign countries, once again we may have to pay a high cost and dependent forever on them. They will keep blackmailing us. Reduce energy usage by rationalising, reduce wastage in transmission, remove theft, find alternative energy source like natural gas and renewable sources of energy like solar, water, wind, etc., which are useful for longer term and would not make us dependent on others. Signing an agreement for forty years is simply foolish and nobody knows consequences and cost of termination of the agreement. Who knows whether the US would exist for forty years? Such things should not be ego-based. Long term agreements should be subject to public debate and opinion of experts in the subject matter. Commies, Congies and BJP are temporary but India is permanent!
TO GET A FULL FLEDGED SUPPORT FROM PEOPLE OF INDIA THE WHOLE AGREEMENT MAY BE CATEGORIZED AS A DEVELOPMENTAL INITIATIVE RATHER THAN A COMMERCIAL DEAL WHICH HAS CREATED ALL CONFUSIONS IN THE MIND OF PEOPLE OF INDIA MAKING IT A SELL OFF RATHER THAN A COOPERATION

Left has been left out even by their allies the Congress. This shows that communism as an ideology is no longer viable. Karats and Yechuris are enemies of the people

Never trust any promises by Americans and British, as they are the mother and father of terrrorism. They support the Pakistani ISI and Taliban, Alqueada etc. Now they have destroyed the Indian Embassy in Kabul, just to divert the attention of people from Nuclear Deal to Security issues. These ultimate terrorist guys are feeding Taliban and Alqueada. Where did Taliban and Alqueada come from, who are they, how did they get so much power? it is all from the hands of Americans and British. Now they are fighting for afghanistan, just to take uranium from afghanistan. It is time to attack pakistan so that Americans can take a back step.

Manmohan Singh can not take polical Rath Yatre. He can not destruct any place of worship. he can not protect a mass murderer like Modi. He can not speak lies like Advani. MMS is not like LK. Did you believe his sattement that "he was not aware that India is releasing three hard core terrorist (Azhar masood incuded) in exchange of hijacked plane". this is white lie and only LK is capable of doing it. Look at the "U"turn he took after visiting the grave of Jinnah.
The coutry can not trust such a persom. MMS is highly educated, highly experienced and a person of extremely high integrity. He is as good as ex-President Abdul Kalam.
He is respected for his ability all over the world. Only people like Rudi, Naqvi, sushma, Jaitly have problems with him. even Atalji has never uttered a single word against him because he knows that L K is not trustworthy and a big liar & opportunist and have no moral uthority.
I support BJP and hence I support the Nuclear Deal because BJP has initiated the Deal. I do not support BJP in not supporting the Deal because I will have to support the Deal if BJP comes back in power and supports the Deal. So better I support the Deal now itself and continue with my stand. Long Live BJP..
