right.when politician takes right decision back him. otherwise no politician would like to stake national good before his personal good
This particular topic has given enough opportunity for politicians to pull each others leg and make their demand met. When Mayavati supported Govt. she was the best. Now they are preparing to send her to jail. When Mulayamn did not support he was to be in jail. Why cannot the CBI charge sheet both of them, if there is enough evidence, and take necessary action. Although I do not support the left, why the govt. was so much in hurry for Nuclear Deal whereas the entire country was so much in a mess with price rice, population, infrasture, food, medicine, flood, drought etc., The last stage of their tenure, they could have concentrated on these items so that in the next election, they could have got some more seats. Now with the messy politics all small parties and independents will make good bargain. God help this country from these politicians. Hail India !!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Mr.Chandran energy is also a factor for inflation you know which ultimately effect all A to Z domestic items. You Conveyed here is, you got 'dhal' and asking for 'Roti' but says 'wheat' farming is not allowed. Hey na wounder.
New Delhi (PTI): In a new twist to its refusal to share with Left parties the full text of safeguards agreement reached with IAEA, the Congress on Wednesday said divulging such a "confidential" information with the communist parties could expose the country's nuclear reactors to terror threat.
India desperately needs electricity supply for future growth and N-Deal will help after 5-6 years to fulfill that dream. Manmohan Singh is getting all the flak from different parties but when people will see benefits his name will be written in golden books. We have got sufficient resources to attack our neighbouring countries. Why do we need to carry out more nuclear bombs test. Tension always escalates whenever you conduct any tests. Latest example is IRAN. So forget about more tests and think about power for next 50 years for your children atleast if not you.

Sufficient resource my foot. You big moron first check the stats and tell us. China's nuke programs are much advanced than us. China hav 3ton payload and 5000km. Here we have less than 1ton payload and 500km

Guys, in the present world, there is not much use just keeping weapons of mass destruction. You definitely need to respect other countries before using weapons of those kind. Then why do not we acheive something by doing agreement with IAEA? By doing so, we will be elevated to an elite group of countries and the security which offers is strategically better than whatever you have mentioned.
have you thought why India did not develop our own fuel , after all these years . Why should we beg to USA . Can we stop exporting our products including manpower USA and ask them to kneel down . We do no need Nuclear power which is way less than 10 % of total power produced
India would require 500-600 thousand MW of power by 2030 up from 132,110 at present. Thus nuclear power is the only way forward for India. Energy needs of India are increasing exponentially and only nuclear power is the way forward. Increased price of oil and gas internationally, issues of climate change associated with coal as well as the breakdown of consensus on big dams, India needs Nuclear Energy. India generates 132,110 lakh MW of power annually. Of this, 64.7 per cent is generated from thermal power, 26.2 per cent is generated through hydro electric power, 5.9 per cent is from renewable power sources and only 3.1 per cent through nuclear power.Nuclear power would contribute 10 per cent of the country's energy needs by the year 2022 and 26 per cent of the needs by the year 2052. Share of nuclear power in world wide energy production was one per cent in 1960 and between 1960 to 1986, it rose to 16 per cent of world's energy production. The share has remained constant since then. There are 439 nuclear power reactors operating around the world and the US accounts for 104 of these reactors followed by France at 59, Japan at 55, Russian Federation 31 and Republic of Korea 20. Out of the 35 new nuclear power plants under construction in the world, Asia accounts for 24 of these. While China is building six new nuclear power plants to get 5,222 MW power for its grid, India too is building six such plants which would add 2910 MW of to its grid.
Nuclear Deal issue should be taken into Supreme Court urgently. Because Congress Party in the name of National Security keeps all secret issues hidden and never took the approval in the Parliament House. Since the matter (N-deal) is not passed in the parliament, it can not be a law. Therefore somebody should file a petition in Supreme Court in urgently to challenge the legality of the deal which strictly hampering the national interest and sovereignty of the nation, Congress does not respect the mandate of people's opinion and also does not respect the Parliament. Let Congress Party give the details of the N-deal agreement to the Supreme court and legality of the deal in terms of national security and sovereignty be scrutinized in Supreme Court. Let somebody file the petition in the Supreme Court.
