Jack,
You have to be afraid of donkeys since you do not know when they will raise their hind legs and show all the muck behind.

Smart learn by someone else's experience. You can see RedCon followers being kicked by their leaders all the time.

In BJP donkeys follow the people, in RedCon leaders kick their followers(I hope its not too hard to go thru head)

Deepak:

You are very right about Congress... :-)

Not sure about your comment about BJP though... they started getting elected (rising from a strength of 2 in the parliament to 130) only after public started becoming educated...

So dunno what you are complaining about

why is US so interested in this deal?
by noel on Jul 10, 2008 09:00 PM  Permalink

The details about the deal dont show any clear benefits for the US, except for a strategic partnership with India, Bush cant be this interested in the deal unless there was something really good for the US. Talking about strategic partnership with the US, it is a double edged sword, one hand you will get new technology and your economy would be better off with the US, other hand your status becomes that of Pakistan, reason is India cant be Israel or UK or Japan because we are not powerful enough economically to influence the American economy. This deal has been kept very much hidden from the public eye so people fear it might result India becoming a dog of the US, though a much better breed than pakistan.

horse trading?

If the current world trend of oil prices continues for even next 2 years, we will seriously and literally have horse-trading and maybe even a stock exchange for the same - HSDX.

Of course.A lot of glitter of modern time(last 100 years) is because of oil ie. gas, plastics, etc. and oil is sure going to run out sooner or later.May be sooner than later since oil abuse has increased dramatically.

If you analyse all the comforts around the majority is oil dependent & unreplacable by anything else.Give a generation or two.

Pakistanis are really fans of Advani. Why they should be afraid of him since he has reserved his palce in Pakistan near Jinnah's grave for his ultimate resting place. Did you not see how he started singing praises of Jinnah during his visit to his grave.

As I clearly remember what Advaniji had said was a normal speech given by any civilized leader towards the accepted/respected hero of the host nation(pakistan here).Along with it he brought out some cleverly forgotten truth.Mullahs never wanted it to come out since it was against their agenda. It had been an open secret that Jinnah wanted to make Pakistan a secular nation & not a mullah nation. And that too is in the best interest of both nations (not for Mullahs & Neruvians)

Let this Govt Go And So the Deal
by TheOneAndOnly on Jul 10, 2008 08:51 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This Indo-US Nuke Deal is Not Good. It is Only to finance the Bankrupt G-8 & their allies.

The Propaganda of Lack of Energy is a UnTruth.

Proper Water Management thru Water Harvesting in Village Ponds, which were actually filled up and Encroached by Congress Party workers and its splinter groups Will Solve a Huge Power Requirement from the AGRIculture Sector.

Stop Power Theft And Use that Money to Finance New Projects.

Campaign for Social Afforestation with Plants which can be used as Bio-mass to generate Energy, Which means a double advantage. A Huge Amount of Energy Demand for the AC/Refrigeration Purposes will vanish. Also, Rains will be better And Hydel Power Generation with existing Capacities itself will Increase.

Diversify Industrial development across Geography, So that both Public and Private Transportation Costs will decrease. Which means Less Petrol/Forex And Also Lesser Energy Consumption in the Homes.
People Also will have More Free time in their Lifes.

Encourage Non-Conventional Energy Sources which have much lesser Gestation Periods.

PLS UNDERSTAND that the GDP Growth Mongers & Foreign Agents Are Not Allowing the Above things happen because they want to grow their wealth at the COST of the Environment And Our Tax Money.

REJECT THIS N-DEAL. TOPPLE THIS UPA GOVT.

ALL THE PARTIES SUPPORTING THIS GOVT ARE ONLY SUPPORTING FOR THEIR SELFISH INTERESTS AND NOT BECOZ THEY UNDERSTAND WHAT IS IN THE DEAL.

Becoz they don't make commercial Sense to those who Implement.
They Only Increase National Wealth without Increasing the GDP, Which Hard Hit the Corporates and Capitalists.

Sumod! Don't Give Up before these Capitalists and Communists who will only Bankrupt the World repeatedly in Cycles.

Rash,
Tell this to Advani. He will use his influence with Jinnah followers in Pakistan to ensure that you are not bombed. Believe me, Advani is a great admirer of Jinnah and he is planning to confer Bharat Ratna on Jinnah as soon as Prakash Karat makes him PM. Jaswant Singh is already on his way to Karat's house with a begging bowl to plead for 82 years budhavoo's case.

I know what they do is sending virus.I face that problem. But don't be afraid of being bombed. They will do that unconditionally when their mullahs tell them. And also they target only innocents. If you are a little threat to them they just become quiet. So take a small precaution of being hit by virus, hide your identity & be free to express your opinion.

UPA
by Rash Group on Jul 10, 2008 08:47 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Four years ago, when UPA came to power, Chidambaram told NDTV that financial position is very good and there is lot of money in the coffers that he can comfortably start his stint. At the end of 4 years, economy is in such shambles. Pulses & Vegetables which increased marginally from 1998 to 2004 has now more than doubled and tripled. In this forum, people are saying that Advani is desperate to come to power. Whats wrong in it. If italians who took 15 years to take indian citizenship, that too reluctantly, can think of coming to power, why not an Indian (Although Karachi is now in Pakistan, it was a part of India when Advani was born). As to his Jinnah remarks, Jinnah was not at all a terrorist like Osama or dawood ibrahim. There is nothing wrong in praising a secular credential of a person. Atleast BJP can control inflation, which they had already proved it. Please vote out terrorist supporting UPA.

RESTORE ALL THE PRICES TO 2004 LEVEL AND ALSO

THT THEY WILL NOT SIGN THE N- DEAL. IF THEY

CANNOT RESTORE PRICES WITHIN ONE YEAR “B J P”

WILL STEP DOWN FROM POWER.

AND FOR GOD SAKE DONT JUSTIFY ADVANI’S JINNAH

STATEMENT SINCE ADVANI HAD TO TAKE IT BACK

AFTER “R S S” SLAPPED HIM ON THT ISSUE.

JINNAH WAS A TRAITOR WHO DIVIDED INDIA AND

CREATED A PERMANANT HEADACHE CALLED

Advani fears horse trading, prefers early trust vote
by mahesh khandelwal on Jul 10, 2008 08:38 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

this is not a new thing for CONGRESS,
Manmohanji pl remember that congress is a party of great leaders like gandhiji, sardar patel, nehruji, shastriji and Great Indira Gandhi.
By making Ulta Pulta Alliance pl do not try to impress people that you have the majority. The country knew it well that what you are and what you have given to the country.
do you remember any achievement of your government. Decisions like N-deal should have been taken by majority of 0.50%
Whether N-deal is more important than:-
1. price rise
2. Inflation
3. education to students at minimum cost
4. medical facility to people at minimum cost
5. Road, Water,Shelter to citizen of india
