A Huge Amount of Energy Demand for the AC/Refrigeration Purposes will vanish. Also, Rains will be better And Hydel Power Generation with existing Capacities itself will Increase.
Diversify Industrial development across Geography, So that both Public and Private Transportation Costs will decrease. Which means Less Petrol/Forex And Also Lesser Energy Consumption in the Homes. People Also will have More Free time in their Lifes.
Encourage Non-Conventional Energy Sources which have much lesser Gestation Periods.
PLS UNDERSTAND that the GDP Growth Mongers & Foreign Agents Are Not Allowing the Above things happen because they want to grow their wealth at the COST of the Environment And Our Tax Money.

Congress is going to impose another Emergency in the country if they loose trust vote, to stay in power and loot our nation. Thats why they will do everything to win the trust vote, they are buying the MPs with millions of dollars per head. Money is not a problem, US business will pour billions to see this deal pass through and they benefit from India. US is doing their own interests, but Congress-led govt doing against the nation for power sake. Why Congress submitted texts to IAEA, as a minority govt at the first place? India would require 500-600 thousand MW of power by 2030 up from 132,110 at present. Thus nuclear power is the only way forward for India. Energy needs of India are increasing exponentially and only nuclear power is the way forward. Increased price of oil and gas internationally, issues of climate change associated with coal as well as the breakdown of consensus on big dams, India needs Nuclear Energy. India generates 132,110 lakh MW of power annually. Of this, 64.7 per cent is generated from thermal power, 26.2 per cent is generated through hydro electric power, 5.9 per cent is from renewable power sources and only 3.1 per cent through nuclear power.Nuclear power would contribute 10 per cent of the country's energy needs by the year 2022 and 26 per cent of the needs by the year 2052. Share of nuclear power in world wide energy production was one per cent in 1960 and between 1960 to 1986, it rose to 16 per cent of world's energy production. The share has remained constant since then.There are 439 nuclear power reactors operating around the world and the US accounts for 104 of these reactors followed by France at 59, Japan at 55, Russian Federation 31 and Republic of Korea 20. Out of the 35 new nuclear power plants under construction in the world, Asia accounts for 24 of these. While China is building six new nuclear power plants to get 5,222 MW power for its grid, India too is building six such plants which would add 2910 MW of to its grid.

@loqa What was BJP doing to increase NPower generation during BJP rule ? And why RSS leaders were not able to get sanctions imposed upon India !Where was their diplomacy ! The response will come from the Congress, but not now. Now they need the SP and everything will be accepted silently. These guys should not forget the treatment meted out to TRS once the Congress had a majority of its own. They should also consider the way the Congress has treated the Left (whether the Left is correct or not is a seperate issue)after taking their support for over 4 years.
a) They would have taken everyone along [unlike this surd called PM whose extra secret document has been leaked onto the net by some unknown characters last night itself - this surd is irrational because he should have taken BJP into confidence and not the Left]
b) They would not have indulged in midnight dramas [unlike this PM surd who only like the 12 midnights for dislodging Bihar Government / doing deals at midnight etc..]
c) They would have gone ahead with the Nuclear Deal as well as done the deal with Iran as well - not selectively [why should we listen to USA or any tom dick and harry - we need energy - where it comes from is immaterial - we should do business with everyone who will give it to us in any form - unlike this Surd Government which is kowtowing to US totally - US has created the largest number of graveyard countries in the world - pakistan is next
The last few days have been a shameless exhibition of a total collapse of the UPA and bedding new partners in SP who dont have an iota of credibility [pay them money and posts and they are on board - no principles].
At the end of the day UPA stands for Un Principled Agreement.
1) Congress would not have raised any objections, as this would have been a treaty between two Nations. Congress would have respected the wisdom of the Government of the day and would not have embarassed the Govt. in front of the World.
[ Remember Lahore Bus Service ? Inspite of the negative sentiment against Pakisthan and Kargil, Bajpayee Govt. was allowed to go ahead smoothly. Because this has been a tradition so far. But now the rules have changed. The opposition will do everything to embarass the Govt. of the day in front of the world with silliest pretext.]
