The SP is reported to have an understanding with the Congress for the LS Elections. They must realise the treatment meted out to the TRS once Congress got a majority on its own.
It is quite clear as to why some of the rebel SP MPs will vote for the UPA. Their support has nothing to do with the Nuclear Deal. They have already extracted their pound of flesh.
