You are correct lyum Chappal, UPA has guts to overide the whole procedure invoved in a national issue and hung their heads infront of USA! This shows Congress still has the mentality it had 35 yrs ago when it imposed emergency! BJP do not want this govt to fall now, understand this. Each passing week UPA will lose 2 seats. So the more this dis-fucntional,paralyzed , lame duck govt stays on board - the better for BJP / NDA. You are a fool if you dont know this.
