I think the case is very near to close in a incomplete manner.I strongly recommend to the Chief Minister of UP to handover the case to Indias most successful CBI/Police Officers who had a excellent track record.
CBI is just in hurry to close case with a story whether it is true or not. But in actual it seems that whatever it was played, it had with ultimate planning of Dr. Talwar. There was some who is likely to be exposed by Aarushi and then they decided to endup with the murder of Aarushi
there is 100% possiblity that Talwars are unlucky and innocent..
but their behavior on camera, the actions they did after the murder of their daughter..like hurrying up in post martem, cleaning the room, going to haridwar, accusing hemraj at first instance, not returning back when police told that hemraj is murdered too, not listening any sound the whole night of 2 murders...& many many others..which we are watching on the television..
my full sympathies with the Talwar's.. but the current story of only servant involved...i m not able to digest.. two more points i dont understand.. 1. Dr talwar uesd to lock the girls door everyday bcos he did not trusted anyone..arre bhai agar aisa hee tha to servant ko hee kyon ghar mein rakha tha.. 2..Aur fir us raat hee band karna bhool gaye darwaaja..jabkee they foresee some kind of danger... ab vo Nitharee vaala hee case le leejiye.. Ek badee kothee mein itne saare murder ho rahe the...but the accused is the servant and Kohlijee & parivaar ko kuchh pata hee naheen...
I don't say kee aisee possibility naheen hai.. ho sakta hai kee they dont know but if they dont..then it is a hugely irresponsible behaviour..
Anyways...itna bawaal to kar hee diya hai News channel vaalon ne public mein.. but loss is for Talwar..either they may or may not be involved.. I pray god to give them the inner strength and help CBI to come up with the real murderer..

do yu think a person who lost his yong lovable daughter wll behave normal.all the narco tests are pointing they were toghether on that night,they molested arushi.Do yu think if father is involved will he allow them to do such thing.It clearly shows Dr. Talwar is tottaly innocent.

The No.1 and leading newspaper "Gujarat Samachar" has searched and boldly written on 10 July edition as :- (1) Dr Talwar and his wife Nupur participated in a late night party of few couples during 12 midnight to 3 am at a hotel in Delhi, during murder night, for which they understand own self guilty and shameful, and always tried to shut entire case. (2) Under effect of strong wine these three servants tried to rape on Aarushi, and then what happened, we all know. (3) Signs of rape may have been deleted from postmortem report by influence with government doctors. (4) Some money must have been paid to Noida police, to get the case finish quickly. But TV channels were more interested only because rape may be proved in future, so it may become a sensational story.

How many CBI/Police officers are investigating the case belongs to SC/ST/OBC? Everybody must have some experience in SBI/Postoffice or some public relation office in handling the SC/ST/OBC officers. A SBI manager can't open a file in a computer. Similarly how can they solve the case?

You are one of the real fools who are deviding INDIA and HINDUISM vertically by mentioning OBC/SC/ST. Above this you call yourself as true indian. Shame on you. This is the reason our enemies have easily devided and still ruling us Indians. Atleast now you better realize and call your self identified as Indian rather than a upper/lower caste.
Maybe the servants are really the killers in this case. when there is suspicion any person's behaviour might seem odd. There is no generic rule that a person should behave in a specific way only. For instance out of shock or fear the reactions of the Talwars might not have been what everybody expect. But that doesn't prove they are the culprits. Maybe they were drugged too so they might not have heard the sounds going on outside. Maybe thats the reason they did not lock aarushi's room that night. Maybe they were feeling shocked that they didn't lock the room the previous night.. We would never know. But if the servants have indeed done this, just because they are poor they can get away with it. So far inspite of all the allegations like the Jon bennet ramsey case there is not an iota of evidence against the parents. But this is just my opinion. likewise everyone is entitled to one of their own too.
