It seems Dr Talwar took too long in greasing the right palms(Probably because the amount too was quite hefty). Some points which even a five year old cannot digest BUT the CBI wants the entire nation to digest!:- (a) A Khukree can be flushed down the toilet!! (b) Umpteen number of Narco, Lie detector and other tests - on Dr.Talwar, Mrs Talwar, Krishna,Rajkumar....(who by all accounts,if at all, are first timers) - If first timers can dodge these tests,just imagine their usefulness on hard core criminals?!!! (c)Dr Talwar says he locked Aarushi's room and the key was in his room (d)Why did the CBI have to keep Talwar in prison even after krishna "Accepted his role"(Just because the full and final payments were not recieved?!!!!) (e) Blood stains of Aarushi were on the door of her room confirming the fact that the door was wide open during the Murder - Even a fool would atleast shut the door before murdering (f) Where is SHAMBHU maharaj?!!!!atleast who is he? (g)They murdered Aarushi and dragged hemraj up the staircase(Hemraj must have been on 'maun-vrat' therefore he did not callout for help and even Aarushi accepted her murder peacefully so as not to disturb her loving parents in their sleep!! how many more loopholes should one give before calling CBI as the Coverup Bureau of Intimidation or Cock and Bull investigation - This is the reason why no one has any faith in the law keeping authorities - just buy them if you can otherwise try to remain a law abiding citizen t
Nupur,Aarushi's mother and Dr.Talwar don't seem to be in any grief mode from day one.Espesially,Nupur comes out as a villain of he piece.No reacion,no feeling,no tears andonly concerned about Dr.Rajesh.Is she being blackmailed by Rajesh and his exra marital affair as reported by the media or is she least bothered about Aarushi's murder for any other reason?

This is a silly argument. Do you assess the grief of a person by the amount of public display of their tears, chest beating, unkempt hair, etc.
What do you know about her grief which she is suffering in silence in her private moments? Do you think television camera will be around her all 24 hours.
I am amazed by the immaturity of some of those who expect a public display of grief, crying, breast beating.
For your information, none of us saw, Indira cry when Sanjay died in an accident. We did not see Sonia cry when Rajiv died. Does that mean they were not grief striken?
Also, I am amazed how such comments are 'Report abuse' disabled by moderator? Is the moderator sitting in judgement on these opinions taking their side? Or is it some 'key combination' that does the trick?
There are so many loop holes in this case.Tracking this whole story from the day one.I think it is a honour killing and nothing else,plus money has been spent to save the honour ofthe family. Even though the father of the ill fated Aarushi is behind the bars,he will be released soon and the honour is saved which was the motive of the crime.
AS a Indian parents of professional background have a tendency to keep away police from their failures as a parent and the sahame and agony made the Parents (HERE_ Dr.Talwars)to surpress the ill-fate thou their beloved daughter is lost. But the servants acted according to what their heroes or favorate indian cinema villans do. Pitty the society is allowing all nasty things to be shown publicly and practised by the poor people for their satisfaction and to revenge others also. I afraid the media is acting onlt for getting sensational news for their channels and they never bother who's child is this, but one day when they will face such things in their own family, the guilty mind will make them to appear before the court of self-conscious.

The servants are not mad to try and kill two people in the house when the Talwars were at home. Are they that dumb? what if the Talwars had got up. How come exactly that day Aarushis room was not closed? who deleted their profile from Orkut? There are so many unanswered questions. Ridiculous CBI..
This is a concoted story to save the TALWARS , I'm sure a lot of money is invloved.
ultimately the case is solved, but what about Dr.Talwar, the whole nation spoke, wrote bad about him, now there is no single word of sympathy to the father who has lost his daughter, name,fame everything.

to villanise talwar and talk all sorts of rubbish against him has become a hobby of the media or for that matter anybody on the streeet. is the police or legal system going to compensate for him for all what he has suffered and i am sure nothing can heal his wounds

Actually people are always making talwar's as culprit without any proper reason but never showed sympathy as they lost their only child! The only fault from their side is they didn't hear anything that night. Though it has surprised half of the nation... but it is possible and could happen to anybody. I
The No.1 and leading newspaper "Gujarat Samachar" has searched and boldly written on 10 July edition as :- (1) Dr Talwar and his wife Nupur participated in a late night party of few couples during 12 midnight to 3 am at a hotel in Delhi, during murder night, for which they understand own self guilty and shameful, and always tried to shut entire case. (2) Under effect of strong wine these three servants tried to rape on Aarushi, and then what happened, we all know. (3) Signs of rape may have been deleted from postmortem report by influence with government doctors. (4) Some money must have been paid to Noida police, to get the case finish quickly. But TV channels were more interested only because rape may be proved in future, so it may become a sensational story.

You are absolutely right, because these talwars live ina flat , and if these were present at the scene , than in every case they should have come up for rescue of their daughter.Even on some news channel Nupur talwar said that it is usual that hemraj sometime went in to arushis room and Arushi is getting older like any other teenager. This is definetly rape and murder case. Talwars may be at some party on that night, which thought to be immoral and iilegal in society , so they are just trying to shut-off the case. Because no parents will make statement that Murderers are roaming freely , until unless they know who are they( murderers).
