One more CBI's trick
by Birendra Chhetri on Jul 11, 2008 08:38 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Since they have to pinpoint somebody, so they have implicated the poor fellows in the murder case. No one to defend them. Were the TV channels present there when the narco test was going on? All the channels are singing the tune what CBI wants them to sing.
How was all the party going on in the house when the parents were just a few feet away. All this halla gulla of party, attempted rape, 2 murders were committed and the parents were not aware?

Khukri cannot be flushed
by Rehman Shaikh on Jul 11, 2008 04:51 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

One dumb fellow in this post mentioned that when you apply force, khukri can be flushed with some mechanism. In real it cannot. Once I tried flushing a fruit, an orange and that too outer layer of oranges. The whole drainage system was jammed and we had to call a plumber. And khukri is impossible.

CBI cannot be always right and no case can be proved on nacro test. sometimes with nacro test, there can be forceful confessions. Do you think based on nacro test, court will give punishment to krishna. This is India. Here even sajnay dutt is roaming free after being convicted for a severe crime under TADA and here for one girl murder and base of nacro test. CBI and BCCI .. all are dumb limbos

Narco test revealtions are admissible as evidence in court in India yet. It only aids in proper investigation, when the information is scarce and the suspects do not provide correct information. The CBI will still have to get a confession in front of a magistrate if the case is to be solved on the basis on confession.

In this case, two persons are dead. The tests on parents have so far not yielded anything so far. The others who provided conflicting evidence are subjected to the test. The analysis of the blood stains on the shirt is on. We will know soon if they belong to Arushi or Hemraj's blood group.

The biggest mistake of the Noida police was allowing the place to be cleaned up. If Krishna is involved, he really would have blessed his stars, and done a very good job of cleaning the place. Had the place been sealed they could have got finger prints (which is still possible), on the glasses, door handles, etc.

Let us watch what finally happens next.

What a rubbish!
by Gurghantal Singh on Jul 11, 2008 12:47 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

We should ask how much CBI was paid to close this case and put blame on the poor servants. It is very clear that these servants are made the escape goats to save the rich influential Talwars.
1. Why Hemraj met the social worker who is fighting for Nithai killings case?
2. Why Hemraj told to her that he alongwith others' life is in danger?
3. WHy did Hemraj choose particulary the social worker who was working in Nithari killing case?
4. If Arushi was murdered, why did that was not disclosed in post mortem?
5. How it happened Hemraj was killed first and then Arushi? CBI is thinking common man is fool.
6. Why the hell first Narco test was failed?
7. Why Krishna wanted to leave Talwar but he couldn't somehow?
8. How does CBI know word by word the details of what who said during the servant's party?

This is yet another case in Delhi where servants are made escape goat to save rich masters. God bless India....

Do you really know how influential are the Talwars? Do you really know that all servants are innocent? There are so many such cases happening, servants aiding kidnappers, servants poisoning, or killing by other brutal means, etc. What makes you think these servants are INNOCENT? Just because we can write, let us not write anything to criticize.

Now RK Anand is defending Krishna. Getting a lawyer of his repute, itself is not easy. Somebody must be paying for his bill or he may be doing charity service to defend him.

If CBI is making false implication, this will be exposed in the court. In any case, unless the courts decide, whatever CBI says is not final.

The post mortem reports are made by other doctors, not Talwars. And, I am sure, none of us have had a chance to see full report. All based on soem juicy extract based which channel wanted to take what position.

Channels like Aajtak have staked their reputation on this case and acting like Sherlock Holmes. They almost accuse the Talwars as the guilty. They tomtommed that they were not at home. They had booked 12 hotel rooms and partying etc. All of which was shot down by CBI.
