The case has been bungled beyond repair.I thought until now that narco tests were conclusive.Now I know they are not. Why repeated tests?To get favourable reports?
On the first day the Police officer said aarushi and hemraj were found in an inappropriate position but not in a compromising position.Who told the police this?What does this mean?
Why are the talwars and Durranis not taken for narco tests? If there were 3 people drinking in the house then how com the noise did not alert the talwars? Fishy?
Why are they wasting time on the getting the mobile phones and khukri?If the murder weapon is not found then what, does it mean that the murder was not committed?A khukri and hammer cannot be washed down a drain!!!!
Today I read on a website that even if one touches a person cells are left behind and DNA could be ascertained.Then what was found on the body of AArushi and hemraj?
Why did post mortem reports change/get modified? The weapon appears to be a surgeon's knife, then why not Dr Talwar?
I find that in this the news channels have done a trial by the media and this much exposure must not be allowed. How is it that they were interviewing Aarushi's parents, krishna' relatives, etc.
Our police cannot get at anything.Now the CBI also falls in the same category.

One more question.. if Hemraj's phone was destroyed the same night how come someone picked it up as there was a 1 second incoming call in the morning around 6AM?? (might be Arushi's phone.. but doesn't matter as the CBI is now saying both were destroyed)
Both must have gone out on that fateful night for some swap party...that's why they are not saying anything .....and that's why father is spending sleepless night as mentioned by his wife in the Jail...

There is no doubt that a BIG dr. was involved in honour killing .More than 50 days gone by and in the first few days no one interested in asking questions to nupur talwar,who was dumb that time...
If the domestic help level guys are involved in such a kind of incident,they run away or hide somewhere... But my all respect to the domestic helps of both houses have done a really good job of helping their owners of getting rid of this big incident...

Hi...We CBI is searching for the person who can act as Shimbhu? Please read the entire Aarushi's episode(we have spent around 40 days to narrate this) in rediff.com and please introduce any one who can act as Shimbu. The person should be resident of Noidia...
At one place it is told that both Dr. & Mrs. Talwar were away in a hotel on that night. Later Mrs. Talwar says that they both were at home. There must be one who is telling the lie, either Rajkumar or Talwars. I do not believe that being at home with a young daughter, they allowed the servants to have bear at home. And as Rajkumar says that after killing Aarushi, when Hemraj threatned to go to Talwars, they dragged him to the terrace. Hemraj was not a child and sending trouble, he must have shouted which anybody at home can hear. I do not think myself more intelligent than CBI but there is something fishy which CBI also knows well.
At the end like others, I also say that UP Police top brass, who gave statements on the TV with arrogant face that Aarushi and Dr Talwar were charcterless, should be sacked immediately. He should be asked if his wife and daughter are called of loose character, how he would feel and react.

all the bullshit from the media the parents are devasted at the loss of their only precious child.when people are in a deep sleep sounds in the house cannot be heard DID u know that!!!!
