Its sad to see the role of indian media in any such high profile case. They are only hungry for Braeking News and once the matter becoes old their interet die and they switchovet to other braeking news and leave aside the old cases. They start just taking what the investigating agencies give them and put it across the audience. They should infact take the responsibility of investigative journalism do their own findings and help the police which they can do......but the question is who is bothered if the news is old and who will spend the money.......long way to go you media men. Pl think.......

I agree. If this is the condition of the police department to implicate the first person it comes across and try to finish their job, imagine how many innocent people those lazy bums have send to jail!!
How can CBI believe the story narrated by Rajkumar. Dr Talwar does not live in a haveli so that he can not hear what is happening in one part of it. Its an apartment where small noise can easily be heard. When they entered Arushi;s room she must have shouted at least once before being killed.Again if Hemraj threatened them thet he will expose them he could have shouted also while being dragged to the terrace and any one will will di if the person is being drageed for being killed...Story is something different which CBI wil have to unearth.Lets see.

very true. this whole case has been handled very badly. i cannot understand why the cbi/police have to keep giving updates without the conclusion being drawn. there is something fishy in this case. more to it than the eye can see.

I entirely agree with you. If Talwars were home they would have definitely heard the noise. Dragging someone upstairs appears true as the pictures of the stairs to the terrace shown on the TV did show blood stains as if some one had been dragged upstairs. Who did it? Who was dragged? Then comes the crucial question - Can khukari be flushed out?. Also, howcome on the night they come to take revenge Aarushi's door, locked otherwise, wasn't locked?
Earlier, the driver had said "I then washed Aarushi's room. Then I swept rooms (AND NOT ROOM) of Dr Talwar and Nupur Talwar. Even Nupur had in the very first interview said "We (I and Dr. Talwar) were sleeping in our rooms" - and then immediately corrected to say "We were sleeping in our room".
It appears Dr Talwar and Nupur Talwar were staying separately under the same roof.
This was perhaps due to some other woman in Dr. Talwar's life. This aspect has not been investigated. Could it be 'Other woman's role' in Aarushi's murder?
From what has come to light Talwars were not home that night. Why Talwars don't say where they were?
Or did Hemraj know some secret about Dr Talwar & was eliminated to prevent revelation of the secret. Aarushi, perhaps, then was wiped out to remove the eye-witness from the scene. Or vice versa?
A social worker had said "Hem Raj had come to her a few days before & told her there was danger to his life". She asked him to come later as she had to leave, her dotr-in-law being serious.
