Advani is a joker and is utterly perturbed with the nuclear pact that Manmohan Singh is going to sign.

Will the paid writers enlighten us the reason for his being unhappy on this occassion.

Whatever happens - Happens for the good
by Samrat on Jul 09, 2008 09:51 AM  Permalink

Whatever happens - Happens for the good!! I am a firm believer of this statement - Always! It is good that the left has deserted the UPA. It is good that PM now has gone alone to operationalise the deal. Even if the govt. falls, it may be good for congress and UPA. We never know in Indian politics, what is in store. Lets hope everything good happens to the country.

Shiv Sena is supporting N-Deal then why not BJP.
by Amit Arora on Jul 09, 2008 09:50 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I am in a big setback after knowing that BJP is not supporting N-Deal.
Is BJP is doing this only because of opposition party.
Now i feel guilt to support BJP blindly from last 20 years.

Sahadevan KK - Sagnarika Ghose indeed only writes what Comrades the likes of Harkishen Singh and Jyothi Basu told in private in the Politburo meeting.

Six months down the line, the Left will realize that this husband-wife Karat duo is taking the Left to oblivion. It is blunder as preventing Jyothi Basu to assume the PM's chair. If Basu had been PM, then the Left may perhaps have a wider base and acceptability in the country.

The confidence vote is the worst thing that can happen the BJP and their Commies.

The commies isolation would be highlighted as they would be left with TDP and no one else as an ally.

The NDA will see parties like see net desertion in their ranks. Though small parties like Chautala's ILD will graviate towards it, its losses will higher - Trinamool Congress, National Congress etc. Its humiliation will be compounded when allies like Akali Dal will abstain to vote.

The UPA will expand its coalition members - MDMK back to its fold, Ajit Singh's Lok Dal, JDS, Trinamol Congress, SP, National Conference etc will gravitate towards it.

Advani has to wait till he is 90 to have a crack as PM

Hope the leftist remain out of the government
by TongInChic on Jul 09, 2008 09:50 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

A lot of countries - most of them not very close to India - want this deal to be scuttled. CPM's masters - sitting in China - also do not want this deal to go through, that's the root of the problem.

I hope some nationalists, irrespective of party affiliations, will support this deal and get it through before the next US administration takes over. Not that they would be against it, but it will not be their highest priority.

I also hope that in the next federal elections, our brothers in Kerala and Bengal ensure that they send non-communists MP's to the federal Parliament, even if they elect commies for their local government.

I hope all states elect candidates of national level parties to the parliament instead of candidates of regional parties - we don't want Shiv Sena and Telugu Desam and AIDMK at the national level. They should look after their regional matters in their assemblies and leave the management of India to national level parties.

I don't know what else to say, but it is time to clean up the national politics.

Right now BJP is going against the deal just to get to power 6 months ahead of schedule at the cost of national interest. I never imagined BJP will put politics over national interest. BJP is becoming another Congress. Commies will get wiped out like devegouda in karnataka. THey will get 0 seats from kerala this time.

hahhahaah!!!!! Bush is a great leader??!!!!!! what an appreciation. ARe u an Indian Mr.Ghatotkach. Just few months back Bush critised India for the Global food crisis and soaring Oil prices. I am really wondering how you people are supporting blindly the USA despite they are abusing Indians and they are preventing India from growing. !!!!!! Y you people are underestimating ourselves we have very good natural resources and we dont have to beg any body. Instead of signing this deal for billions and billions of dollars India can simply improve our own potential through R&D and technological innovation. INstead of doing this you people are begging to US who never respect our people. If you are working in BPO for USA Clients, you will come to know. US people will straightaway abuse if they come to know that you are an Indian (They even abuse female workers). STOP TALKING LIKE THIS. AWAKE AND SUPPORT FOR INDIA'S GROWTH rather than bend towards other countries.

Yes knickerwallah you need to be sorry. I know you cannot help it. As a typical knickerwallah's trait is disinformation.

Yes there is some dissent in the SP. But if any political party induces defection a la Karnataka where th BJP monetarily induced opposition MLAS to resign, then it must be kept in mind that two can play this game. The SP may get an equal number of BSP MPs to switch sides just ahe Karnataka opposition may get equal number of BJP MLAs to do the same.
