Rediff not exrcising proper care!!!
by mallaiah anchoori on Jul 09, 2008 12:19 AM  Permalink

What is the problem with Rediff?Has it been sleeping? What are its editorial & editing staff doing? How could it afford to commit such howlers when the main topic dealt is chronology?Could it get my point at least now?...
Were the left parties to discus the neclear deal on september4,2008? OR on September4,2007?
Such howlers,of late, are on very much increase in the materials published by you.You enjoyed a name all these years now it will slip and the credibility of the news to be published would suffer impairment if you still continue to be careless like this.
Every thing, including a small punctuation mark is of great importance especially when the material goes for print. As you know, the print media is the most powerful of all in helping people forming their opinion on any front of a subject. Please avoid such mistakes.

US announces Iraq uranium transfer
by Raj on Jul 09, 2008 12:07 AM  Permalink

The United States secretly shipped hundreds of tons of uranium from Iraq to a customer in Canada on the request of Baghdad, a spokesman for the Pentagon has said.

About 550 metric tons of yellow cake uranium was moved to Baghdad's fortified Green Zone before being flown to a third country, where it was then shipped to Canada, Bryan Whitman said.

"The operation was completed over the weekend, on Saturday," Whitman said.

The uranium was found by US troops after the 2003 US invasion of Iraq at the Tuwaitha Nuclear Research Facility south of Baghdad.

It was placed under the control of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

CONGRESS HAS DEFIANTLY DUG ITS OWN GRAVE ... FOR THE 1st TIME EVER THEY HAVE LOST THE MAJORITY IN THE UPPER HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT...EVEN IF THE MANAGE TO GET A MAJORITY IN THE LOVER HOUSE...THEY WILL JUST BECOME A LAME GOVERNMENT TRYING TO HANG ON FOR A YEAR...IF THEY DO MANAGE TO LIMP FOR ONE MORE YEAR...THEY WILL BECOME SO WEAK AND USELESS...THAT THEY MIGHT NOT EVEN GET 100 SEATS WHEN THE ELECTIONS ARE HELD IN A YEARS TIME.....WHEN THE ELECTIONS ARE HELD..I CANT SEE ANYONE GETTING A MAJORITY...AND ANOTHER COLLATION IS THE ONLY OPTION....YEARS BACK ONE COULD NOT EVER THINK OF A COMMUNIST AND RIGHT WING COLLATION ..BUT FOR THE 1st TIME EVER IT HAS BECOME VERY POSSIBLE.......CONGRESS HAVE LOST A VERY FAVOURABLE ALLY IN THE COMMUNISTS....
THE ONLY OPTION FOR CONGRESS NOW IS TO CALL IN ELECTIONS IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT GOING FOR A TRUST VOTE ANA THEN HOPE FOR THE BEST....IF THEY DO GO FOR A TRUST VOTE JUST FOR THE ONE SIDED NUCLEAR DEAL WITH USA..AND THEY LOSE ...CONGRESS WILL BE CRUSHED IN THE ELECTIONS....IF THEY DO MANAGE TO GET THE NUMBERS...AND LIMP ON FOR ANOTHER YEAR....CONGRESS WILL GET CRUSHED IN THE ELECTIONS HELD IN A YEARS TIME...
