Sita Ram, Your history knowledge is very poor. If you can't understand Italy or EAST INDIA COMPANY then you may not have born here. You may have changed your name and abusing us. Either u r Pakis or Italian ???
Pakistan is a member of IAEA since 1957 as India itself whereas China is a member of the same from 1984 onwards. Government of India can in no way hide anything from them about the agreement. Then, why is it denying its own people of the details of the agreement? There can't be any apparent security reasons for it.

Simple answer: please remember, that time there is no clause such as 123 in their agreements with China and pakistan!!
This is the saddest day of independent India. Again foreign force is able to rip apart our body politic and nation is on the brink of political chaoas albeit some good acrual off the govt by the SP. Also the congress has bitten more than what it can chew. This dicission will have a telling impact on the congress in coalition formation and sustening it. They will be prey to manouvers of SP and like, without the rock solid support they have enjoyed last four and half years from left.
If the UPA government is serious about getting full support from the elected representatives then it should make available the full text to all the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha members. Otherwise the credibility of the government will be under cloud. This may also provide oppertunity for the Left leadership to play spoilsport.
The common man of this country wants alround development and prosperity.If this nuclear deal can pave way for development then definitely he is interested in knowing the details of the deal. In my opinion, the government must be transperent in this regard, if the common man is not taken into confidence at this crucial juncture then the UPA government may face serious problems in the coming days.
Year 1947 Ever since independence, it was noticed that congress men had nothing to do with India. They are always hiding the fact about some party or about their rubbish politician...
Year2008 Mukherjee has now openly said that he wouldn't share the text unless agreed to them. Is congress stupid or what?? How can we agree unless and untill anyone can see it. Mr Karat is absolutely right on this issue.

He didn't say he WONT share. He said he WONT share it to anyone OUTSIDE the govt. If the Left were so concerned about the country they would have joined the govt and then got access to the documents. So there is no point cribbing, that they do not have access. One of them could easily have joined the govt.

First get educated to protocols regarding international treaties. It demands only the final text that is put out in the public domain. Once the agreement is signed, you will be able to access on the net.
As far as sellout to US, it is funny that the Commies and Knickerwallahs in the early nineties joined together to make the same charge against MMS while was liberalizing the economy.
MMS rightly ignored the Commies and Knickerwallahs and put India into a higher economic orbit - the 4th largest economy in the world.
So this time round, MMS should do the same. Ignore the Commies and Knickerwallahs and put India even in a higher economic orbit.

All Right has come from Italy and always adocating for Sonia Maino. Sonia Maino may have got her share in this deal as has been in the past too. She is putting all efforts to sign it. She is not interested for this country. Her Munsi Ji (MMS) who was heading World Bank and now made this country KANGAL will also get berth in US. So don t believe to all these Italian Born Cartoons
Pranav Mukherjee told the Indian Parliament that Hyde act doesn't apply on India. While US media squarly accused the Indian Foreign minister for telling lies to it's parliament. Hyde Act does apply to India, and this is thing they are hiding from nation. Everything is going in the right direction for the congress as per plan. The govt. will fall soon. The deal will not be signed(Sardaar has no Intention to get it signed). The media blitz and all the hue and cry over the Nuke deal was to put cover over the 4 year of dark ages of this govt. This govt. was a total failure and every MP was worried how are we going to go back to over voters in 2009. The deal is a face saver for this non-performing govt. It will fall soon, but as most of the people on this forum thinks 1000s of Indian voters will think 'Sardaar sacrificed his govt.' and he will also join Maino Antonia as a great Martyr...

The fail on control population rate is failure of 60 yers. which I doubt even NDA cannot do much. Only way is get most peopel out of poverty by doing such energy deals & get 9% going. No short cut method./

Talking of 9% growth is meaningless if there is 12% or higher inflation. Growth benefits the richest and trickles down to poor. But inflation affects the poor severely.

The fact is both Pranab and the US are telling the truth. Why?
It is the 123 Agreement, wherein India & US appended their signatures, that binds both nation.
Knickerwallahs, Read 1-2-3 Agreement Before Commenting
A. If the Agreement works in detriment to India we can Terminate under Article 14
1. Either Party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement prior to its expiration on one year's written notice to the other Party. A Party giving notice of termination shall provide the reasons for seeking such termination. The Agreement shall terminate one year from the date of the written notice, unless the notice has been withdrawn by the providing Party in writing prior to the date of termination.
The Hyde Act is a domestic Act of the US and because it is so, is non-binding on India. However, technically, the Hyde Act binds the US (not us) while implementing the agreement. India likewise can have our own domestic laws that bind us not the US while implementing the agreement. So if each nation is adamant, it creates a gridlock. In practice and otherwise, international treaties supersede domestic laws.
The US-China Nuclear Agreement also contained certain clause sensitive to the Chinese. e.g. The President has to certify each year that China respects human rights in Tibet. The Chinese keep violating human rights, the US President keeping certifying.

All right Mr.All right, can you throw some light on the issues like price-rise, inflation, slow-down of many industries?
I do not belong to any political party and certainly will respect any good politician from any party. Let us talk about the performance of the present government, the rice which I was buying at Rs.14 a kg four years back is now costing about 26 to 27, cooking oil is beyond the reach of many, pulses are costing more than 100 to 120%, vegetable prices have gone up by more than three times. The life of an average man like me, has become hell. Probably you are also facing the same situation, now tell me whether the UPA government has done well or not?
In one shot ,hope two fox dies. By winning trust vote by UPA and secular parties, hope COmadREDS and COmanEATERS dies, and there by PEACE in the nation.

Secular is all what BJP (pseudo-Hindu) is not about.
It advocates inclusive development not like Modi's Gujarat - exclusive development.
Secularism goes hand and hand with democracy. It gives you and I freedom of expression. This is unlike a Police State like Gujarat. If you criticize Modi, he either bumps you out or throw acid on our face
In otherwords, U me and other voters of this country have to rely totally on their elected representatives and who are in the government ruling the country only have access to this agreement. Some how it appears beyond comprehension and expects us to rely on these politicians of the day. PM of the country hesitates to come before the nation to share the gist of this deal is something not acceptable.
Mr.Pranab Mukharjee and his entire gang of politicians have been BACK MAILING the entire nation in this deal.NO AMOUNT OF EXPLINATIONS WILL BE SATISFYING ONE. AS THE ISSUE HAS OPENLY BEEN DISCUSSED INDICATING SECRACY NOT REVEALABLE TO INDIAN PUBLIC IT NOTHING BUT CHEATING GAME PLAN BY THE GOVERNMENT WHICH PEOPLE OF DEMOCRATIC, REPUBLIC INDIA.
