Ravi: You are 100% right. Congress digged out this issue from graves only to hide from real issues facing the people and the nation. Price rise, inflation, farmers suicides, terror atatcks, naxalism etc are put in dustbins and using media to propagate Congress dirty game plan. People will not fall into this traps, they will use their Vote weapon in time.

N-deal will will lead nations of the world to live in harmony rather than being constant fear of being attacked with nuclear weapons. Nations wont crazily run to accumulate nuclear weapons. The natural resources that was so long used for destruction can be utilized on humanity ground. US nor the world policy will ever kill us. Its the corruption in our society and political parties that has made us slave of US. All political parties. No body to be spared. We are dying slowly and corruption in all front is creeping in....it has made deepest core of our wisdom hollow...and thats how CMP worked in Bengal for the last 32 yrs.. Corruption of greater degree in rest of India imposed by all ruling paries that ruled it after Independence.. Now let be happy that there wont be another war between nations with N-weapons...and we can die slowly and peacefully drinking the potion of corruption!
Looks like most people in this forum are taking that deal is in national interest.The deal is in the interest of america and not India.IF you think India will be full of lights after the deal think again, the nuclear energy will meet only less than 10% of our needs.But we effectively give ourselves to US in that matter. Just think, IF SOMEONE TOLD YOU, I WOULD GIVE YOU ELECTRICITY AT HOME ONLY TO MEET 10% OF YOUR NEEDS, BUT YOU HAVE TO DO WHAT I SAY, MY ENEMY WILL BE YOUR ENEMY, YOU WILL HAVE TO TOE MY LINE ON VARIOUS ISSUES AND IN SHORT YOU WILL HAVE TO DANCE TO MY TUNES................Will you accept this???????? BJP supporters in rediff, mostly pizza delivery boys in US,are supporters of nuclear deal, except for the BJP leaders, who were the original beggars of the deal.
These PIZZA delivery boys or walmart shelf fillers in US are so indebted to US that they refuse to see the long term interests of India.

Yes nair, you are right, it is not also 10%, its 8% precisely. But in this case, now conress is supporting and BJP and left are opposing; It is congress govt supporting the US. We should scrap this deal and instead go for an alternative. Why has this deal become necessary all of a sudden?
