Why you are giving irrelevant message here. Day before in Bhavnagar Gujrat there was indiscriminate firing on the protesting diamond workers. On worker died and several injured.

This liberal intrepretation of the law is for the criminals who are not terrorists. There should be a seperate law like POTA for cases of terrorism where they cannot take advantage of Indian liberism.

First you have to prove that people who were victims of the blast are "dead" Till then all the terrorist who conducted the blast can not be call terrorist. Anyway there is no terror due to blasts. People take it as a normal accident.
4th argument - "Majid Mohammad Shafi was arrested because he has relatives who help people cross the border between India and Bangladesh. "It does not mean they know what the people do after they cross the border," Azmi claims." There are strong reasons to suspect such unusual behaviour to cross the border illegally. Experience has shown that terrorists are trespassing India-Bangladesh border to nurture their criminal interests here in India.

you are at ur wits end and hence commenting on his name rather than on the issue. akal ghas charne gayi hai tu bhi chupa "cut" hai????
He is black spot on practice of law in India. By protecting terriost he has lost his moral duty to this nation. He is defending those responsible for killing 200 innocent people.University which had awarded him law degree should take it back , as he is unworthy of it.

Our elected representatives are also protecting several terrorists. It is on record that several MLAs in Karnataka are pressurizing police to go slow on terror trail. Afzal Guru is enjoying his time in jail....

defence is right of an accused until he si proven guilty. no university on this issue will take his degree
One phrase says, Dhandam Dashgunam, that means for the muslims their is no real picture they want to show to the hindus of Indians. If they were seeking hearted talk with us don't do to them. This story is like Picture Independence Day, in which Americans wanted to fight against the Aliens coming to earth from other world same like solar system. This was also in the science.
