After leaders like Indira Gandhi and visionary like PV Narasimha Rao and statesman like AB Vajpayee, the sole savior of the country is Shri Narendra Modi. NONE ELSE.
The former PM's (Vajpayee) word that India is not going to test further is obviously applicable so long as there is no change in the circumstances. But what happens in the future is not something that we can be sure of in the present. What if there is a new technology that gets developed which necessitates a test? When majority of our facilities are bound by international treatises and pacts ( which ofcourse will be solely interpreted by the US) where should we go? And personally the only quality of MMS is his loyalty to Cong High command. Remember that he did not even show the minimum respect that the former PM late PV deserved on whose account he had the opportunity to be the FM and finds himself nominated as PM today. Who knows if he is letting his masters make a fortune? Why should he be so silent on the issue when he shoots his mouth of relatively simpler problems like the recent petrol price hike?

The PM has not been clear as to what all are the compromises in the deal. Why is he not trying for a bilateral deal with France or Russia who are more forthcoming in aiding our nuclear programme?? Also if we strike a deal with the NSG to supply us the fuel, where is the need to go to the US again?? Also why dont we draft the deal in our own terms and offer it to the NSG rather than present the US deal? The PM and the Ambassador to US seem to be bothered about India losing face if the deal does not go thru. More likely that they wud lose face with their American and Italian masters for not being able to push the deal thru.
Left has stated policy which they announce in party congresses. They are the only parties do organizational election properly and announce their policy and programs. Left never in favour of nuclear deal. it supported UPA on the basis of CMP.If Manmohan and co. want their own plan, they have the right to part?

Being a muslim u will support any party which keeps u in comfort zone.Beleive u shun such so called secular parties u and us will be at more peace and more united.Being a bengali I know better than u how they are capturing the seats for 30 years. If they come to power India will be doomed because more the freedom, money and knowledge with people - less their chance to survive.Let's take good from US and rest we have in India.
Withdrawal of support by the Left is not yet a done deal by any means. The Left is reluctant to be cast into political wilderness once again after such withdrawal. The Left's cadres seem to take the withdrawal as a diccomfiture for themselves.Having been addicted to power at the center without responsibility, the Left parties now face the prospect of suffering withdrawal symptoms. It is abundantly clear that Prakash Karat has over played his hand.He is hardly fit to play political games at the national level.

After the withdrawal, these CPIMs will be nowhere. They are no different from the others.
Around 100000MW of untapped hydro power is available in India.Similarly green energy ,only a limited portion is tapped. We should first tap those soures first befoe going for Nuclear deal.

Why did not you write this before?? rediff could have persueded the congress. Left would not have been isolated like this sulking its wounds. We would not have been on the brink of a political disaster. You see, we are always late... Better luck next time...
India is a Commie-Islamic-Christist fundamentalist state, where Hindus are second class citizens. What we saw post-1947 was actually the Commie rate of growth. Read Aleksander Solzhenitzyn to learn about the horrors of Communism. It is Nehruvian-Stalinism that is keeping India from becoming a first rate nation. According to the contorted logic of commies, the fault is always with the honest, hard working, and non-violent people. The murderous naxalite becomes the "victim"!!
I don't see any of these Commie authors sparing even a word of sympathy for the countless policemen killed by naxals, or their wives and children. According to them, only terrorists have human rights!!
Since all the bright students in India enter science stream and go on to become engineers, IT professionals and medical doctors, there is nothing left for dumbasses like this author but to suck up to white man hoping for crumbs. Worse than a dog, at least the dog is faithful. These commie morons are the worst traitors.
All of you Rediff readers, please don't support Commies. Don't give any money to Commie "charities" like AID or Asha for Education. Warn all your friends too about these cancerous entities.

Please also ensure that you don't make any doantion in the temples where the money is misused by the government for its own vote bank appeasement agenda.

Only Unfortunate thing is that Leftists for whatever reason are talking a Right Thing for the First Time - something that is in the National Interest and Sovereignity.
Remember the Deal is applicable for 40 years.
