They supported congress because they hated 'communal' NDA. Congress took advantage of that. What were they expecting? They should have joined the government which would have given them more leverage. They would be the biggest loser when all the dust settles down, unless they change their irigidity. In politics, there should be no untouchables -even BJP. Especially since left does not get many votes from the Muslims anyway as their main support base are weaker sections of Hindu society.
Can the unthinkable happen? Can left open dialogue with BJP to work on common points?

I think these left parties should quit politics because they have created such a hype on nuclear deal that we will withdraw support, it appears to me that to divert the public mood from price rise, they have done all these drama. Where is Prakash Karat who created chaos that left will withdraw support on 4th July. All these parties in the UPA are hungry of power & left is nothing but a Power broker party only. They do not have any charcter or ideology of there own.
I used to see during my college days in Kolkata, writings on the walls in Bengali "CHINA'S CHAIRMAN IS OUR CHAIRMAN, MAO TSE TUNG ZINDABAD".You know where the loyalty of these REDS lie.

Ruing REDs are still in thinking mode. To be or not to be. To withdraw or not to withdraw.

Sorry, commies don't have time to come here n post the msg. They all r busy in looting the center before they are sent to oblivion.
Its quite understandable why Karat is such a hot headed & dumb, he is trying to replicate the govt from his birth country. The Junta doesn't respect the democratic practices, so does Karat. He is solely responsible for all this stupid drama which is going on from so many days.
Commies can only bark...spinless monkeys...for the last can were keeping on giving final ultimatus...becos of useless people in kerala and bengal, the whole india is suffering...and 80% of these guys are working outside their states...God, please give them some commonsense atleast...

They are no monkeys without spines. Monkeys will feel slighted by their comparison with the scotch-guzzling redundant tribe that goes by the name Indian Communists. All true communists are patriots, whether they are from Russia, China, North Korea or Cuba. They donot take diktats from any other country, even the ones ruled by similar thinking fellow travellers. Indian communists cannot be clubbed with or dubbed as communists in the true sense. They are a species apart, bootlickers of Chinese masters, haters of any thing or process which is progressive and in the interest of the country and its citizens. This species does not need conservation, rather sooner it becomes extinct better it will be for the country. Amen!

RIGHT AND APT ANALYSIS ON INDIAN COMMUNISTS WHO HAVE THEIR OWN INDIAN MASTERS. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND AS TO WHY INDIAN COMMUNISTS WANT TO BE PATRIOTS OF OTHER COUNTRIES . DID COMMUNISM TEACH TO BE TRECHEROUS TO ITS OWN COUNTRY? THAT IS WHERE INDIAN COMMUNISTS FAILED AND DON'T HAVE ANY SYMPATHY FROM PATRIOTIC INDIANS.
India don't need to import costly enemies from abroad. It is self sufficient in this sector and can cater to the needs of over one billion population. It is abundantly found all over the country in white, red and green fertile ores all over the soil in India.
Can someboday please educate me who are these people - Karat, Raja, Bardhan? where from they come and how they reach delhi? thanks in advance. Even for getting into some guv jobs, we need to work hard and apply our intelligent in our work. But with all these muft privileges, they are not showing a token of wisdom. And I have heard on top of it, folks from our IIMs are queing up before the party offices of our comrades to 'learn management lessons'. So is this the management lessons that our IIM grads are getting. fuhhhhh

- Well, they are best in their class. Brilliant, highly educated, highly aware and form the high intellect group. The kind is to be found in JNU,DU. They start from the scratch and work way upward. Both Prakash and Brinda are extremely talent people. So is yetchuri Any political party would go miles to have people of their intellect in their outfit. You normally will not people of such calibre inregular political parties.
So if IIM students go ga ga over these guys, then don't be surprised.
It's just they tend to be little stubborn.
To preach that everybody should wear chappals, they can deprive themselves of shoes, even if they can afford shoes. And they can do this all their life.
They are so deep rooted in their ideology that they tend to live in their own world.
And as I said they are staunch converts than any religious converts.
You just can change them.
They break but don't bend.
Unlike us, they are very consistent in their thinking and action, inspite of problems they face.
We need these bunch on our side. But not with their "head-in-mud" kind of approach.
If they can be "little flexible", they are just wonderful people.

All of them belong to filthly rich class, adopted a politics where only good english is required without addressing a single public rally for years. During school days, they befriended wards of some other rich people, who keep them in news these 'press handout politicians'.
