As long as the N-Deal is discussed with scientists, efficient administrators (not belonging to any party), lawyers who have good knowledge and understanding on international contracts, agreement and interpretation skills on N-Deal agreement documents and India's Nuclear project construction companies. The country must not become a slave to USA. Also in the long run the Nuclear supply must be stable to India at a very fair price and no factor in the agreement can stop supply. By spending on Nuclear power can we get good quantity of supply for several billions we are going to spend. How much the cost of an unit to public when we produce power. These are the basic aspects to be brought out to public before we enter into this deal. India is not the property of Manmohan Singh or Sonia Gandhi to sign any deal on dotted lines with any country without proper debate !!! I agree commies have applied breaks to many developmental projects for India. But on this one we must ignore commies and analyse other issues. What fellows like Lalu, Karuna and other clowns supporting it! They are only interested in UPA continuing to cling on to power-Bala, Toronto

Banks can't escape from their responsibility to provide real reasons for rejection of your loan application. RBI notification dated 6 March 2007 (Guidelines on Fair Practices Code for Lenders) clearly states that in case of all categories of loans irrespective of any threshold limits, including credit card applications, banks/FIs should convey in writing the main reason/reasons which, in the opinion of the bank/FI have led to rejection of the loan applications. You can download this notification from RBI website.
You should first give a written request to bank for return of your money and ask them to give reasons for rejection of your loan application. If your issues are not resolved up to your satisfaction, you can approach Banking Ombudsman at Bangalore with a complain. Beleieve me bankers are really scared of Banking Ombudsman. The procedure to file a complain with Banking Ombudsman is also at RBI website.
I hope they don't support the Anti National Congress govt. at Center. I don't mean UNPA is great but Manmohan Singh should be stopped from taking the Unilateral decision of signing a deal which 99% of India doesn't understand. I think for once in his political career Amar Singh has said something right which is 'If PM think this deal is right Let PM make a Statement in front of the country, Let him tell us what the deal is about'. The anti national govt. at Center is just looking for an honourable exit...

Dear Rucha, If that happens then the adversities of the countrymen will continue to suffer. Do you support Congress policy of Appeasement of minorities? Do you support the economic policy of this Govt which is responsible for inflation and rising prices? Do you support this Govt. dolling out 70k crores to farmers from the taxpayers money at the same time fooling Farmer - God knows how much part of this money will go in Congi ministers and workers' pockets? Talking signing of n-PAct in the name of Power resources, what this Govt ahs done to save energy/power and reduce dependence on oil prices? Think and then decide...
