FOUR YEARS OF WASTED TIME....PRIORITIES MISPLACED.
by ashok kumar on Jul 03, 2008 09:22 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

THEY had 4 full years to ratify and workout ALL the concerns in the last 4 years. After having messed up all important issues for India on ALL fronts--economy, pricing, employment, National security, FDI AND most importantly forcing Reserve Bank of India (RBI) depleting ILLEGALLY RBI of Rs.200,000 crores to buy 0% interest US treasury bonds whereby diverting the money for internal growth, they brought in huge stagnation and inflation.

This was initiated by Sonia, Man Mohan Singh and USA in violation of RBI 1934 act.

The public has been hood winked and NO autonomous body will be able to investigate this. Why doesn't the Left address this issue first?

All this is only contributing to Indias decline.

On MMS 's trip to G8 he should fight for a permanent seat on the UN security council instead of being jerked around as a second rate inconsequential country.

EVEN if the N-deal was signed today fully in India favor without any restrictions--it will be 15-20 years before India sees ONE kilo watt of electricity.

FOR immediate solution we have multiple safer and proven power generations technologies. Including conventional and alternate fuels.

On terms of trust let the past history be the judge.

All this nuclear deal talk/noise is purely politics and power grabbing.

Better to die with hunger & poverty but not work and earn money under a capitalist system.West Bengal is the biggest Example of Communist ideology where 60% of population lives in Slums.

Communists should mend their ways
by mallaiah anchoori on Jul 03, 2008 09:17 PM  Permalink

This is the problem with any coalition govt with heterogeneous composition.Idealogies are different.Aspirations are different.Wave lenghts are different. They have no common mandate nor a common bondage. The only bondage they had while forming the govt was to keep BJP away from power and they could succeed in that. All of a sudden have left parties forgotten this?If so,for what valid reason? In what way does it(N.Deal)conflict with their ideology ,if any?Are not the national interests to rank over all other things? Is it not silly to threaten the Govt for every silly & sundry reason?Since their support is from outside & they donot form part of the Govt, every credit or discredit accrues to the govt signing the deal. Then what is their problem? They should note that in the ensuing elections,if their attitude & approach continues like this, their strength gets reduced from the present double didgit to single digit. Are they not aware of what their own veteran Jtothi Basu said just a few months back about working out of socialism in India? He categorically told that socialism will not work in India. When will they learn lessons?Strictly speaking, like any other politicians of any other party, communists too are only property makers these days in stark contrast to their being sacrifiers of all their personal properties too for the sake of party & its ideology during its initial days in the country.Their game of shooting from the shoulders of the party's name will not work for all times.
