Leave this senior citizen to take rest. Why you guys drag into your dirty politics. Be straight forward and take your own decision - whether to support the deal or not. Alternatively, whether you support the deal or not, take an independent decision whether to support congress government or not. If you can face early polls, do not support else support. Please do not distgurb and drag Mr. Kalam into your dirty politics. We, all Indian Citizens, respect him and not you guys.

N-deal pact will not provide the right fuel: Kalam UNI Monday, February 04, 2008 20:28 IST
KOCHI: Stressing that India should strive for 'energy independence' and not 'energy security', former President APJ Abdul Kalam on Monday said Uranium, which forms the crux of the Indo-US civilian nuclear pact, was not the right nuclear fuel for the country. Addressing a function here to mark the 150th anniversary of the Cochin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dr Kalam said India did not have sufficient Uranium reserves and should instead focus on the abundant Thorium. As Thorium was not a fissile material, the country's scientists were working on the fast breeder reactor technology to enable use of Thorium for nuclear power, he added. Citing a World Energy Forum report stating that fossil fuels would be scarce in another 60 years, Dr Kalam said India should move away from fossil fuels and focus on an energy mix of solar power, nuclear power and bio-fuels such as ethanol and bio-diesel. This mix would have the advantage of being based on renewable and clean energy sources, he said.

The hole world will progress and your community will be stuck between what is pro and Anti Muslim. This is the same reason why Muslim community had been Nill, Nada, Zip!!! for any contribution to the world. Be it medicines, hi-tech researches, education anythig, I mean anything. Muslims have no contribution to the world. Think it in your heart, how come half of the worlds population hasn't contributed a thing to the world....

Dear IndianIndian
Check your knowledge first and then bark. Go and search Wikipedia or Google for "Muslim's contribution in any field" you will find a long list. You will find muslims contriution in each of the fields you mentioned. Just a clue Algebra word has come from Al-Jabr as he is called father of Algebra, and FYI Al-Jabr was a Muslim.

Algebra was named after the word Al-Jabr, Its just a muslim word and does not represent anything except the meaning. Algebra was existing since BC, and it was not invented by a Muslim, it started with arithematics and mostly developed by Indians(Hindus in ur language) in the medieval days.

if u search with any community you can see this big list .if u take billionires list see more hindus than muslims. But we unlike you people never used to search by adding relegion. This is the difference between muslims and others see more ravanrajs.blog spot.com
india does not need uranium. the upa government is clearly bluffing the country and taking attention away from the more important issues of economic growth where it has failed miserably. we can not afford to barter our capacity for nuclear detterance for a mere 6% of total energy production source and that also going to cost prohibitive.
