Copy of the agreement received by Indian Govt and Govt is going to sign should be published in the Indian media so that Indians can read and raise their voice if it is truly for national interest and make India's sovergnity intact. Otherwise it seems Congress is acting like a traitor for the nation.

not avaiable. and if available those are misleading. Sonia Manio's blue eyed son Kapil Sibal already said for Congress and Govt that copy of the deal can not be made public. So are Indians live under Musharaf regim or in a democracy ? So there is somethings seriously secrete issues which are against National sovergnity and Congress is handing over India's sovergnity to USA. I think big scam invloved, MMSingh, Maino and Congress's pocket are getting full.

N-deal may have much bigger Scam (of Congress) than Bofors, in the name of national interest. That's why they are more interested to N-deal than the inflation, rising of price of everything, death of farmers and many other urgent issues of the nation. Congress never did good things for the country, just one of many examples to open your eye is the fate north-east states.

But the condition will be even worse if BJP comes into power.

Sonia Maino, where is the money you and congress party got from oil-for-food coupon scam. Only Natwar Singh did not digest them; you also tell us how much you and your party digested.
It is a shame that everytime something progressive is planned for the country the Left blocks it. The Chinese controlled communist parties should be the untouchables in India and not BJP or any other party.
Congress and other parties should change their perspective on this and publicly declare their policy as "Any party But the Communists".

Stop being melodramatic. Everything is open and transparent.
They had been a consultation process with several sections of Indian society including our scientists
The 1-2-3 Agreement and Hyde Act can be accessed from the internet. However protocol related to international deals demand that documents are published only when published. So as and when the India specific safeguard agreement with IAEA is signed, you will find it on the internet.
Democracy we are. But we cannot have any Tom, Dick or Harry commenting on issues when they have not even read the agreement or understand it even if they did. This paralyzes any government of the day may it be the Congress, BJP or Left

Ajith. I always suspected that you had not read the agreement though vehemently oppose it. Now you confirm this yourself.
I tried providing the links but the message turns out as abuse. So please Goggle 1-2-3 Agreement and Hyde Act - you will find the websites of the US government .

out of the 100crore people majority cannot understan these deals. They shout when some others shout. The balance people who can either fully or partly understand are divided in the lines of party politics. Therefore, there will be no CONSTRUCTIVE criticism on any subject in India. This issue is also the same. The N-Deal is not going to destroy the citizens of India. If the deal is signed then China will be thretened. that's why karat Bardhan & Co are worried.

And you are the son of Karat and Sitaram and Bardhan etc......?
Some where its written that China is doing better than India because in CHina people believe what their 'President' does and in India the 'peon'in a an office decides what is beat for India. Friends dont talk about India in your own small prism about Communalism, Communism and Parochialism. All of us seem to be saying this country has not grown, all of us seem to ignore taht we have been growing at 9 %, all of us go through frequent poweer cuts every day, all of believe India is going to become a major economic power. If we havent grown fast in tha past, if we have not been able to develop all parts of the country till now, if we have not been able to make every citizen proud of our country, its because we do not allow others to take credit.
To day we are fighting a deal which was initiated by the BJP govt-now they refuse to support it, today we are fighting a party the CPM which has not been able to make their states West Bengal and Tripura after 30 years of continous rule a hevaen or an ide location to live for poor and the common man. Today we are fighting the 'Most Learned, educated, experienced and qualified Pm in teh world" who happens to be a sikh and who has tried to show LEADERSHIP by having a VISION to think about what is good for this country and the future generation our children and our future.
Come on lets BE BETTER and atart looking t teh brighter side, no doubt there could be negatives but MMS only said "THIS IS THE BEST THAT WE COULD GET"

When Manmohan Singh started liberalizing the economy in the nineties, he was termed a US stooge by people like you. Fortunately he went on with his task and India is much better off for this.
So it would be the case with the Nuclear Deal. But the Commies and BJP have delayed process so long, that it may not happen this year

More disinformation - "Last more than 4 years we have seen how India progressed. 95% people are suffering and 60% people are starving."
India during the last 4 years chalked up 9% growth including 4% agricultural growth - both unprecedented in India's history.
If what you say is true, then we should be experiencing food riots in India

MMSingh does not have brain in his head. He only implements what USA and its companies says. So brain and policy-makers are outside India for the benefit of those companies. Of course for that he got good amount of dollars in his pocket and in congress party too.

The BJP is the most hypocritical party. Today they critize the Samajwadi Party (SP) for supporting the Congress. Not to long ago, they promised Mulayam Singh PM in exchange for support to their Presidential candidate
Knickerwallahs point out that 1-2-3 Agreement is over-ridden by the Hyde Act. For one thing, an international treaty over-rides national laws. Even for argument sake the reverse holds true, what does the 1-2-3 Agreement say:
Article 2, Para 1 of the 123 agreement text released on August 3, 2007 clearly states:
"The Parties shall cooperate in the use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party shall implement this Agreement "in accordance with its respective applicable treaties, national laws," regulations, and license requirements concerning the use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes."
So there is no mention of Hyde Act specifically. Only indirectly through "national laws". But this mention of "national laws" is mutual. This means if Hyde Act is a domestic law of the US, we can have a law exactly reverse of the Hyde Act. In a dispute, we are bound by our national laws while the US is to theirs creating a gridlock.
So the argument of Hyde Act is only a bogey used by commies and Knickerwallahs to confuse the public

Believe whatever you think the best. You can go to heaven/hell as you deserve if both exits at all. If two GODs can not exit,HEAVEN and HELL may not exist separately. Both are beliefs only. Why you wish to hit some body's belief indirectly coming to your own agenda -- one belief you are holding.
God may forgive you but not all human beings suffering with this kind of approach from all religions.
Educate yourself and end up with the realization of TRUTH that can be attained easily and at the same can not be attained easily.
Know the TRUTH and please do not confuse with this kind of nice words and passages. Thank you.
India unfortunately is not a country where we can go to a mountain and mine uranium , if it were we would not go begging like this. The reason for the embargo is no one wants uranium for fuel to be used to make bombs.I don't think India has a choice here , we eventually have to agree to what the rest of the world tells us unless we have technology that can use thorium which is abundant in the kerala coastal sand beds.I am quite confused here , in school texts we used to learn here we are the worlds top leaders in fast breeder reactors and we produce more fuel than we consume ?Was that just hoodwinking the public?
a. That the PM has succeeded in convincing all others the need for the deal - an euphemism that the Left stand isolated b. That it is inappropriate to bring down the government while the PM is on a foreign trip - an euphemism that there is deep division within the Left and that Prakash Karat's leadership is being challenged.
So my bet is that the Sensex will spike another 700 points today
