An Eye for an Eye, and the World will be Blind
by saif qidwai on Jul 02, 2008 03:30 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I Know the VHP is not much of a follwer of the 'Apostle of Peace', but we need to ensure that the mistake which has been made in Kashmir is not repeated in the other parts of the nation. This is of extreme imposrtance, as most of our holy shrines are located in areas which are dominated by the other community. So while the Mosques need to be protected by the Hindus, the Muslims need to ensure that all Hindus have unrestricted access to their holy shrines, both in India & Abroad. Let's make this part of world a happier place.

Saif, Congress has to pay the price for it by loosing upcoming parliamentary elections they dont have any choice. Now BJP will form the government in Delhi and will sign the N-deal. I have a piece of advice for Ms. Sonia Gandhi Sonia je if you would have sacrifice the government in J&K people would have worship you. Here you have lost 5-6 % of your votes by one decision.

You are absolutely right............it is important that we profess peace all the time. Just because people profess hate, does not mean that we all should do that.

Whatever the reasons for the Amarnath fiasco, it does not mean that retaliation should take place in Dargah......

We should forgive, and let God decide....

RE:Haj Subsidy
by shah jafar on Jul 02, 2008 03:40 PM  Permalink
AGreed its useless. we are apposing it and for your information many prominent muslims and organisation including shahai Imam has asked to withdraw so called subsidy.Reason is that subsidy is eyewash and actually make fool of people.its restrict choice and people have to use sub standard services. Thats the reason even NDA in there 5 year rule have not withdrawn it.

i agree with Anuj.
infact only in india Haj sibsidy is being paid..not even Muslim countries give subsidies to their Haj travellers.
Govt of India and UPA is completly running this country on its own whims and fancies.
i think time for UPA to go.

Bhagwan ko apney hi desh mein zameen nahin miltee
If the same thing would have been done with muslims, first of all this would not have happened because of our votebank politics, & one % this would have happened then these muslims would have taken to roiting & terrorism thanks to our own greedy politicians
they should be shown on whose land they are living stop their haj subsidy etc

To All talking abt withdrawing Haj Subsidy, to all your lack of your knowledge pls. be informed tht Indian Government & Air India is doing more than 30% of their yearly business with Haj pilgrims, it's their most money making season even after giving subsidy. The Aviation Ministry can not afford withdrawing such subsidy which will result in a big loss to the INDIAN GOVERNMENT. If all my Hindu Brothers also like to avail such subsidy facilities why can't they travel to Amarnath & their other pilgrims through AIR rather than going by walk without clippers or on some trucks & animals, our government will love to offer them the same subsidy, even more.
And if the Indian Government even thinks of withdrawing this subsidy for Haj , there is a huge list of Airline waiting in the queue to operate the flights for such pilgrims even with more subsidy without any penny gain intensions. Like: Saudi Arabia Air Lines, Gulf Air, Air Arabia…n many more.
Why can’t we just think positive and try to line in love and harmony.

Karma
by kumar on Jul 02, 2008 03:26 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I am a Hindu and a total believer in Karma. India for all its wealth, people, etc help other countries abuse their minorities. An example is what happens in Sri Lanka. India sells weapons, does covert operations, etc to help Sri Lanka defeat LTTE. This, I can understand but India also okays all human rights abuses, indiscriminate killings, etc on Tamils. After LTTE is defeated, Sinhalease will be settled on Tamil lands making Tamils even more refugees but India will provide money to Sri Lanka to help them do this.

This is why Karma is important. What happens in Kashmir is a result of the destruction of Hindu temples by Sinhalease government using Indian funds and 'defensive' weapons.

Karma is beautiful. I hope all of you get your Karma's worth.

From a Sri Lankan

Dear Sri Lankan, India has always supported the Tamil cause & if you remember the unprecendented action of sending relief materials accompanied by a Mirage you should know how much India was committed to the Tamil cause. Saw what we got in return? Millions of refugees & a killed ex-prime minister. Moral of the story let's let's look at India's interests than those of Indians settled overseas. We dont want to be like some Muslims who are more concerned on the happenings in West Asia than in their country or like some Christians who take orders from Rome or even like some Hindus who were upset with the throwing out of monarchy in Nepal. Look at your own country, should be our motto. We dont want any more dead prime ministers.

Thabad Bhana Politics by Congress.
by Ashok Shah on Jul 02, 2008 03:26 PM  Permalink

Thabad Bhana is the Gujarati word it means keep everybody happy and sponser them separately to each other from their back & like Congress says them keep it up at any cost.

Now Congress will again in a soup by playing Amarnath Land Card & Discard, they will loose Muslim Voters as well as Hindu Voters. They given a biggest tool to BJP & to Other like minded parties a biggest reason to work against them against these type of problems & it's their right to protect the people who are going to suffer from these cuase, and which is created by Congress.

Bajrang Dal, VHP, BJP & Shiv Sena will give the reaction againstn Amarnath Temple Board Land Deal This is the drama created by Congress & PDP,Now Country has to suffer, we don't know how much time it will takes to last.
