Pakistan is failing as a state because they are unable to reconcile between their religious fanatic parties, their fuedal landlords who have clinched on to power through politics and their power hungry army. Their intelligence agency is destructive, bent upon causing more trouble to their neighbours and create an atmosphere of mistrust between neighbours. Corruption, lack of education, elitist ranks in army and bureaucracy, religious fanaticism, ill educated mullahs and this inexplicable desire to rule over Kashmir when they can't govern what they have - has caused problems for them. They have some nerve blaming America.

Rightly said. Majority people of Pakistan are worried about their daily bread and their religion as given to them by their forefathers will provide the necessary traits to become good citizens. As we in all countries dominating minority with all their wealth and muscle power wish to rule as they like. This is the crux of the problem why democracy or mode of rule will fail. What is perfect as of now.. only process exists and continues.

US cia covert actions are an act of aggression on third world countries. Under International Law.In 1977, US Ambassador met pak army chief in Saudi ambaasador's residence and instigated a coup by Zia against the elected PM. IN 1952 the east pakistan provincial assembly, passed a resolution against any pak-US military alliance.In 2 months, the east pak assembly was dissolved, followed by military rule.Such interference by the US in the midreast & elsewhere has to be resisted.
In a DEmocracy Judiciary has to be applied in different ways for different situation and people of various segments.
The rules have to pl;ease all....good ,the bad, and the ugly.... and still be winning thge support of all. The sufferer and the winner irrespective the quality of justice dispensed.
Justice as per American or British stds need not be as per Mr Ahsaan or any X,Y,Z of any country. speciall if he were from a socalled Democracy where thgief can be harboured and protected from another country suppressing all the legal eligibilities of other countrie.
Democracy works only if majority of population in a country understand the meaning of "democracy"... but in a country like ours n pakistan where the majority of literacy level is very low who wont know the meaning of democracy wont give proper results.

hi gac, pakis & muslims in general have never know the meaning of freedom & democracy, its only the authoritarian rule that helps the muslims live in this world. They have been subjugated with basic human rights all the while right from the days of mohammed their leader & prophet. So thinking of the muslim world & the pakis, its impossible to think of democracy in their world.
Chher up, India is WAY AHEAD IN DEMOCRACY, we have a voice & we dont listen to mullas vomiting & puking hatred on the Hindus.
