hi folks.. I'vedecided not to pay road-tax for the next year and invest in a boat instead.. are you guys with me. I really want to stop paying al this tax i pay. facilities toh we don't get anyways. Bmc should be disbanded/sacked for their competence. we, the people are the government. we're the only ones who can do this. what say people.

I think instead blaming BMC ponder on this subject. whoes responsible for ths condition? why we dont care about our Mumbai and keep it clean? why people ask.... sorry demand for plastic bags and then throw it in nallah? why? why Mumbaikars want to keep their home clean by throwing litter outside? why?why?why?

Allow more and more Bangladeshis...they proudly claim they are 25 % of Mumbai population..Maharashtra state govt is soft towards Bangladeshi immigrants thats why they are in power since the last 9 years...Time for a change.
suna hai ke 2025 me mumbai samumder me dubnewali hai lekin wo waqt hi nahi ayega uske pahele barish me hi ek din puri mumbai dubne wali hai jai bmc jai govt.jai poluiticains ( politicians
Its really a pathetic situation and shame that every year we Mumbaites face the same problem year after year every monsoon just due to 3 or more hours of continuous rain. And there you have the BMC, the Govt authorities saying that situation is better this year and they are trying their best to see that next time no flooding or troubles would be there. And we Mumbaites are also fools to believe them and hope for the best and to cover our own ineffeciency we say that Mumbaites have the spirit of facing all troubles and in fact enjoy life wading through floods and dirtyness, waiting for rail and road transport to start. And to imagine we call our city the best, financial capital etc. etc. Such is the situation that we Mumbaites have forgot to enjoy the beauty of rain. Lets live on hope !!!!

Hey Dont bother too much, I am here for over 25 years and its same, may be earlier less Cars.. now everyone has cars wide roads and multistories without proper drainage system.. Situation remails same i remember walking in Kurla Area in hip deep water and now the situation is same or better due to the wider roads. So lets take this as part of life and forget the media hype, they dont have any other work then showind Milan and Malad Subway which is very much essential but get flooded due to the heavy rains as they are subways and not FLyovers.... Lets think logical yaar

Absolutely right... are we behavin like people behave in other countries, BMC can create drainage, they can clean it time to time but we have to understand that we are living in congusted city, its more of our responsibility to look after it, i still do not understand why people do not throw dirt in their house, people talk about me mumbaikar, are they doing anything to protect mumbai from floods or they are gonna be busy in those stupid issues only?
