I am not sure if a Government, who has not proved its majority as yet and is in fact in minority in legislature much below the required numbers, can revoke an earlier order taken by a government who enjoyed majority in the house. Is the revoked order legal?
It appears there is no other alternative than to have a separate land for genuine secularists (whether Hindu, Christian, Sikh, Jain, Buddhist etc.)in India. Genuine secularists have to start a 'jihad' for this purpose. It is sad but true.

And this can happen in only India . That famous song will be in the memory of many indians. The land allocated for constructing shed for safety of Pilgrims (Hindus) has been revoked by a muslim chief minister.
I have a question . Does any Chief Minister (be of any religion) has the guts to do the same act if any land was alloted to any Masjid or church for providing shelter to pilgrims of their community? Is our country Hindustan or Muslimstan? Were there any muslims in India before the invasion of Mohammed Ghazni? Were there any Christians before Britishers arrival in India ? Who are enemies of Hindus? It is the Hindus themselves . Political leaders put all the efforts to pamper the so called minorities to gain electoral gains. Even the judiciary has started giving negative decisons , the recent one being on the Sethu Bandan. It is a shame this country once called Bharat named after the son of Dushyanta and Sakunthala and grand son of the great sage Vishwamitra has been brought to this level and thanks to our politicians, administration and the judiciary who are all woriking hand in glove for achieving their goal.

Hello India, break away Hindu people from Hindu religion are Christian (till date) and Muslim. for mother india it will be painful to see thier sons fighting themselves for the land. Its like Human Nature .. for example every house if you see some sort politics is there to grab more wealth... it gone upto Ambani house.

In up North a Muslim CM withdraws the land granted to a Hindu temple and here down south, An Atheist CM gives communal quota for Muslims and Christians – Both Happens in SECULAR India!
Today in Tamilnadu, issue of 7% reservation to Christians and Muslims are referred to Backward class Commission to ensure that they get the benefits of this ‘gift’ to Minorities which was announced last year.
The Hindus have been minorities in J & K and north-eastern states, but secular Indians never heard of any reservation made to them on the basis or minority or their backwardness. It is a secular wonder that the Art. 16 (5) never works for Hindus in secular India!

Let the people of Jammu retaliate and stop all goods from going to valley...this is the only solution...article 370 needs to be scrapped....we cannot continue with people with 2 nation theory mindset.....

Surely friends our country needs one revolution this time or near future.And this revolution should be decisive for the real democracy in our HINDUSTAN. First of all what we need to do is to make our home in order ie. first we must unite our different Hindu section irrespective of castes then we will have to go under one umbrella ie. HINDUISM. If we analyse the problem honestly we will find that 75% problem is just due to so called secular leaders who are Hindu community.They are just basking in the glory of Gandhism,democracy,Social Justice,welfare of Dalits & minorites. They are cheating the people of this country,specially Hindus.Therefore first we need to get rid of these narrow minded so called secular leaders like Mulayam,Lalu,Paswan,Karunanidhi,Mayawati & congress party etc. All these pretend to be follower of Gandhi.ITs a fact that Gandhi asked Nehru to dispose the Congress party immediately after getting independence.Nehru never followed Gandhi's this wish.Congress is the mother of all evils in this country. It's realy true and i am totaly agree with you..Why these poltician are just looking for a vote bank, instend of Country. No body is looking at the basic need, just they want their power, money. Here i just to mention that after long 60 years from freedom, still we are talking about miniority. We are the country that holding the 2nd largest muslim population in the world and still they are miniority. What's the goverment is doing on this issue just simply watching how Muslim are making fun of Hindu. Why are we Hindus so silent and looking moribund for our national responsibilities & religious responsibilities?Only those are allowed to make government who are in majority,but when it comes for Hindus's interest its often skiped and Muslims's interest are better served.Why its happening in our Hindu majority country????? It was the Nithari case which occured when Mulayam was CM of Uttar Pradesh. Since the news of allotment 800 kanals of forest land to Sri Amarnath Shrine Board broke out, Srinagar simmered for ten days. Separatists highjacked the issue and ran their campaign based on lies, half truths and rumours. They said it is a 'sell off of Kashmir' and the govt wants to change the demography by settling the Hindus on the allotted land. Govt of the day did not do anything to counter the slander and propoganda. Rumour mills worked overtime and churned fabulous stories which were lapped up by gullible public. Hired hooligans took to the road to intimidate normal public to enforce a bundh. Partisan Kashmiri media and ignorant national media also chipped in terming it as a popular movement. For nearly ten days Kashmir was virtually handed over to the separatists and govt's inactivity was all too evident. Amarnath yatra was disrupted and yatris faced so many problems. At times one wonders are we really living in a secular country? Islamic identity of Kashmir was so openly and crassly flouted that it is no surprise that a similar movement has been started in Jammu by Hindu organisations. It was govt's inaction all along, which made separatists to encash a non-issue. It was a betryal by media who connived with separatists due to their alligience or ignorance. The first round has been won by Separatists. What next?
