even in india polls are rigged extensively. difference is it is done under democracy, but there under military. But the thing to watch is why US has started this topic now. I suspect this is being done to give it a legitimacy to musharaff and his cronies fraud election and now itself they are preparing public opinion. though there will be a massive fraud out there, US will simply wash it under its feet by saying some fraud happened which we already expected...but other than that everything is normal and all

Right on the dot. The US is helping legitimise the rigging of polls by the military dictator (in uniform or not) so that he can continue to be their lapdog.
