Now i think i have to put my opinion....
Both india and pakistan is democratic... but there are moments where its seems shattered...
Mahatma gandhi, Indira Gandhi, Rajeev gandhi got assasinated
Beneseer bhuto got assasinated, her father hanged...
But condition now in Pakistan is much worse than ever... Even at the time of public elections U people are facing dictatorship.. Is it Democracy...
still LOLs My India is much a better country to live even with MODI's and Thakare's in...
Its going to be the safest country on earth...
Economically as well as Socially...

PM should himself take over the home ministry
by viswanatha seshadri on Feb 01, 2008 03:15 AM  Permalink

Internal security problems and services management associated with them require more careful and competant attention. Dangers to India today are more internal than external.
PM should himself take over the home ministry and give some micro-attention to its problems, before it is too late.

slained officer
by jit on Feb 01, 2008 02:46 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

i agree 100% with kalpesh & sandy! this is 21st century not india of "ji, hazoor/ yes, sir!" days where officers (military & civil alike) expect their subordinates to kowtow to their wishes & commands. it's high time the military, para-military, police & other govt./public departments change their management style to avoid such incidents in the future. what are the incentives for a jawan to postpone/forego leave when he has been away from home for the duration of his posting, especially if it's quite pressing?

CRPF is useless force anyway, there is no benefit to people by CRPF so all CRPF people must be killed

You comment itself says how useless you are. So how about killing you first? You must be either a retarded microcephalic idiotic person or you have extremely poor knowledge about what and why we have CRPF and other Para-Military forces. I guess there are not many Indians like you, cos the more like you id extremely bad for our country. Why don't you get out and become a citizen of Pakistan and have lots n lots of babies with intelligence similar to you in Pakistan. This will be the only way you can be helpful to India. Dumb-a$$!

It's a deeper malady
by sanjay kumar on Feb 01, 2008 02:41 AM  Permalink

No personal comment about the jawan or the officer.
But in general, the relationship between officers and jawans have been detreorating day by day. Self induldged officers in para-military forces and police department starts behaving like lords. They spend more time in dining and wining than listening to problems of their subordinates. A young man having acces to firearms, if unable to bear the humiliation either shoots his superior or himself. it is happening across india. Politicians and feudal officers have no time to review their own style of functioning.

Why not resign
by Satya Krishna on Feb 01, 2008 02:10 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Why not consider resigning the job, that's far better than killing someone. That's real foolish. Poor guy has to spend the rest of his life in prison for a fit of anger, that's why Gandhi's policies should be followed.

Resignations are not accepted (without medical/largely visible compassionate reasons ) in CRPF or any other para military/military force. Its not your infy, wippy mate.. where people do trg and leave.
