Bush bats for developing nations (not for India/China in general) for greater use of clean energy sources.
Its really g8 that worlds big nation showing some concern over other parts of the world and the mother nature this is truly appreciatable move. Every nation whoever give's funds doesnt end their job by just giving the money but it should make sure that it reach the actual destination which that fund was intended for. Simply putting on Paper that so much has been given and taken doesnt make any sense.

YES CORRECT. I also feel that since India is growing at a fast pace Bush feels that in future US May need assistance from India. Then they can say that please consider our case, we had helped you in the past

I agree with you. Many people in our country just sit back and critize. Some of these critics are themselves corrupt in some way or the other. Very few want to take a step by themselves to change.
