The criminal justice system needs to be revamped. But how can it be done if the politicians(lawmakers/MP's/MLA's) themselves are the criminals. We need Millitary/Presidents Rule in India. Enough of corrupt "peoples representatives". I think that the person who is reporting all the messages for abuse is himself a politician.

Shakeel- Its exactly this defence mechanism that you moderate (I assume)muslims give out that encourages terrorists. There are several Hindu individuals/ organisations/ parties/ media (Mahesh Bhatt and his ilk/ UPA/ NDTV) who've vociferously decried Modi, Thackeray and have gone to the extent of percecuting them in several fora, show just one, just one muslim "moderate/ secular" individual who has unconditionally critisised in an open forum the muslim terrorists? The so called secular jodi of Javed Akhtar & Shabana azmi were shown on TV shedding crocodile tears on the eve of the serial train blasts in Mumbai 2006 which killed hundreds of innocent civilians, but they ended their statement by clubbing these terror attacks to post Godhra backlash thus vindicating the terrorists' actions.

u need to categorise people as good and bad only inspite of any other tags/classification. lets get it rite now before itz too late.
Court is only there to take bribe & get the criminals bail. In turn this lead to the harrament & risk to the the victim & others. This is the service that we get from indian juduciary.

No judgement copy issued is enough for the accused to get a bail - why was the judgement copy not issued all this time ? If the accused has served 12 years is he guilty or not guilty ? If not guilty then why 12 years ? If guilty why the bail ? Can anyone answer please am completely confused.

The answer is that in this great country nobody has ever been punished for not doing his job. The court has taken 12 years for taking a decision. Moreover, after the decision is taken after 12 years of concentrated study, the higher court may find some technical loop hole and provide relief to one of the parties. The only factor that plays is that one should have tons and tons of money to spend for getting a decision of his liking.

Nishant, yes Congress is not doing much, even the persons who killed innocent Muslims is not yet punished :(. The pregnant women rapers, baby killers etc are still roaming scott free :(, congress and Sonia are not doing much for the justice.

raghabendra, most of the people who got killed in Huderabad blast is Muslims. Terrorism have no religion. I do agree that Kashmiri Pandits should be given justice. MY arguement is everyone should live in peace. raghabendra, yes train was put on fire by some miscreants [not sure there is a different version available] so do you agree with the innocents got killed aftermath, so you agree the raping of pregnant women, killing of babies etc. So who is terrorist now you or me?
