our laws r complete fail.. a murderer cud get bail. but laws like 498a (anti-dowry law) is non-bailable. and man and his whole family got arrested without any investigations. 98% of the cases were false last year. even supreme court of india declared it as 'legal terrorism. last year ard 2,00,000 innocent people got jailed bcoz of the mis-used of 498a law. and is expected to increase by 20%. is this what we call justice?

You are quite true. It is foolish to think that all women are innocents. We could read al least one news in newspapers about a woman killing her husband to conceal her extra-marital affairs. Nowadays women especially those living in cities think that it is their right to harass their husbands both mentally and physically. No law should decide without enquiry that men or women are guilty and curtailing their basic rights.

todays women take benefit of both indian culture and western culture.. and not ready for any reponsibility.. india is the only country whr women has so many privileges, rights, reservations, tax concessions, laws.. and now these women has started mis-using the power given by men. and still cry for more demands. its pathetic!

yes same india... whr thr is no law to support men, no reservation, rights, privileges to men inspite of 82% of taxpayer's r men..
same india.. whr last yr 2,00,000 innocent people got jailed for false dowry case. and Supreme Court of india has to declared it as legal terrorism.
same india, media always highlight women suffering.. men suffering goes unheard..

we have ministry for even animals but not for men.. come out of ur ac room and go to court and asked abt discrimination against men
