India is a 'democracy' and NOT 'meritocracy' like Singapore. Hence it is imperative to appreciate socio-economic and religious 'diversity' in Governance(Legislature,Judiciary,Administration) and in Private Institutions (Reliance, Infosys etc) in India.
Government of India should implement 'reservations' in Judiciary and in Private Institutions as per Caste Census in India.
1. 52% of Judges should be from OBC. 2. 29% Judges should be Dalits and Tribals. 3. Remaining Judges should be from other castes & religions.

How abt a Bharat Ratna for Tiger memon? After all, we are a 'secular' nation right? If we can let off Mohammed Afzal's death sentence just for the sake of not hurting 'minority' community's sentiments, then why not award Tiger the Bharat Ratna?

our laws r complete fail.. a murderer cud get bail. but laws like 498a (anti-dowry law) is non-bailable. and man and his whole family got arrested without any investigations. 98% of the cases were false last year. even supreme court of india declared it as 'legal terrorism'. last year ard 2,00,000 innocent people got jailed bcoz of the mis-used of 498a law. and is expected to increase by 20%. is this what we call justice?

Justice should be instant. These people do not deserve the courts or jails. What they should get is Mob justice. Imagine a terror accused getting bail. It happens only in India. Elsewhere he would have been dead by now.

many of the people who killed,brutally raped by your RSS brothers were nothing to do with Godhra train burning. Balkis as a four month preganent lady would have certainly not involved in burning. why she was raped and another preganent women's womb was torched killing both of them by your RSS brothers.
you may still claim RSS was never involved in these activities. then you should accept a person is getting bail after 12 year in jail is the process of indian judiciary system.
Modi after tacidly inviolved in killings still got elected as CM of Gujarat is Election process, so accept this judicial process.
