You do not have the slightest idea about islamic history or may be of any history at all. So kindly leave this matter to scholars may be having there doubts over interpretations of the same event. By taking such incidents as an opportunity to malign a certain religion or sect,we show hollowness of our own character and ultimate you will realize you have fallen in your own eyes.

u fool it was reported in all leading newspapers like times of india and all shia ulema protested against him and he quoted sunni deobandi fatwas to support his side apparently malik doesnt get english newspapers which is not surprising these people read madarsa times thats all

The world "youm" means period not "day" as in 24 hours. This word is used in so many places in Quran and it implies period not day..

mohd,saif, salim.... Why are we fighting? As long as we know Allah is great...why do we bother what others say? Stop fighting for the sake of these Pakis. We have a lot to do in life. Poor Muslims do produce 6-7 children. So nothing wrong in what others are saying. One rotten mango spoils the whole basket. We have too many rotten mangos in our islamic basket. Where has storm disappeared? I did not see any positive output from true scholars. But these true scholars immediately come out from their shell to react negatively once they come to know SC has made marriage registration compulsory.
