Indian legal system is worst
by srikrishna vempaty on Jan 27, 2008 04:48 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Indian medical council is the worst controlled judiciary.
They donot have an idea howmany doctors are there in the country.
how many are physicians, surgeons, homeopaths, ayurvedic, unani, inaddition to this quakes.
most of them do not know prescribing medicines properly. They prescribe with out knowing side effects.hoeopaths, unan, ayurvedic doctors do not know any thing about regular medecines they just prescribe.
Many patients do not know side efects.
we do not have leagalised meddical system.
any body can do any thing
there is no proper protection and controlling bodies to doctors.
All these so called corporate hospitals are money making units run by politicians, gundas,
and doctors are hired to make money.
there is no regulatory body.
Upto 500 patients the police/govt doesnt know any thing. If this is just one doctor
How many doctors might be doing this.
Now he will be cought in some place and with political help get out and start practice some where else
There is no end untill we have proper judiciary

Indian legal system cannot punish those type of Doctors.Only solution is general public. If public can caught those type of culprit doctors, then they should tied those culprit doctors with rope in lamp post and general public should be invited to throw stone until death.
This type of solution can only stop illgal practices.

I don't think that india's citizens are incapable of doing things like this. The problem with Indians is that they are not united. They unnecessarily fight among themselves and create troubles. An example is the constant fights between Hindus and Muslims. If we unite, our strength will be enough to give inspiration to other countries and as a result these cases will be very rare not only in India but in the whole world

Yes,I think the Indian judiciary system is the worst. Moreover the citizens of India are also responsible for these crimes performed by doctors.A clear example of this can be seen in Bihar where people bribe others to get false medical certificates and perform surgeries.
The citizens of india should take promt action against these doctors and we cannot leave every serious case to the judiciary.

You are right, in a cancer hospital in Mumbai a patient who bought costly injection from abroad costing few lakhs, the injection was sold in black by the staff and the patient was injected saline water! Can you imagine a crime of this order? Only fear of death by public lynching can prevent this. When man's conscience is dead , no system will work.

kidney thief
by Vishal Shelat on Jan 27, 2008 04:38 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Take his both kidneys and put him on life long dialysis. He should not get a kidney for his life. No need jail, no need shooting, no need to do anything else. Just catch him, put him on operation table, remove his both kidneys and discharge him well from hospital. Give his both kidneys to needy kidney patients. Live him at his own mercy.
Also from his database, identify foreign patients and let them know that they have been a part of such an un humanitarian act and negotiate with foreign governments to get equal number of kidneys from their nation for indian patients on waiting list of kidney transplantation.
