Airport authority of Mumbai is controlled by shivsena unions wherein corruption and marathi is the requirement not the person capabilities. Hence no body will take responsibility as its shivsena matter.
Couple of time I have travelled through Mumbai I never had a bad experience
Emergency care in very bad in India. On road or airport it is the same. India is fast developing hope to see the western standard emergency care in India in few decades.
The death was unfortunate but thats the way of life. From the looks of it, there was not much which could be done, because one cant provide ICU kind of treatment immediately at airports and some patients are at such critical situation that its impossible. Some patients do manage to get through it.

ok, but i don't buy that critical care can not be provided within seconds of a reported incident in country of billion with super surplus manpower, need for employment and need for mordernization in a booming economy. and in its own financial capital? shame.
The Airport personnel might asked money to offer treatment, that poor fellow may not have in hand so got death... I Bombay at least they told media. If it is Hyderabad customs(RAJIV GANDHI INTL. AIRPORT) they will loot him and send back the dead body to M'sia. OOhh.. I cannot say in words about Rajiv Gandhi Airport corruption... don't have words...
