The word Andhra means nothing but a tribe of people who ruled Guntur and regions surrounding it. Their rule included regions from Coastal region, Telangana and Rayalaseema. That is what Andhra means. Crores have migrated to Telangana from Coastal region over the centuries. Before the migration it was inhabited by tribals who were related Gonds and other tribes to North. The ancestors of most of the inhabitants of Telangana are migrants from coastal region.

whole world of western world are coming together forging economic zone to push up the sale and bring more territory and more people to more consumerism and more market , we our politician are playing the same mediaval game of rule and divide, how long they will continue to devide the state, the solution lies in proper taxing system and clean and efficient system of working,, like we have newzealand, australia, us a and uk,, we can not get socialism by allowing inefficient people to run the country,,

You are right, but in AP, evrey idt political party and person, if they d't get some powerful post in govt or some sort of money sucking job in Govt means Talk about Telangana and demand for separte state, Telangana becoming big blackmail stuff recent times and it;s the way satisfy own ambtions in terms of money earning and to be in lime light....Telgana is actually well developed and earlier days due to naxals it was destroyed by naxals and also many in telgana prefer to support naxals...this is where the difference of attitudes in AP clearly reflecting and I can tell u, regardless all idt political guys want to breka the states and country will never win in real.

Telangana needs to change the names of districts of Adilabad, Karimnagar, Mahbubnagar and Nizambad to Telugu names. How can nearly half of districts of Telangana reek of Muslim rule. Warangal and Nalgonda are the only districts of Telangana which have some pride but unfortunately they want Telangana more than anybody. It's all about power. Telangana formation will break India into pieces. Next there will be Rayalaseema movement, Uttar Karnataka movement, Malabar movement, East Tamilnadu movement, Vidharbha movement, North Bengal movement, Malwa movement, Bundhelkand movement, Poorvanchal movement, Saurashtra movement as each of these regions have their own claims of "injustices" and all this parochial assertions will ultimately lead to division of India. All suckers.

what KCR is saying is absolutely correct. Telangana state is not new. It was there before. It was merged with andhra with certain conditions. All the conditions are misused by the andhra leaders. Telangana people are asking to reinstate their state again. Telangana will be bigger than 16 states of india in size. It has all the resources and hard working people. There are lot of onlise resources which discuss and talk about Telangana. go search and find for your self.

C' mon there was no state called Telengana but there was a state called Hyderabad.. and if you check the govt sites of AP - you will notice that the max funds were sent to Telengana region - but these politicians ate it. New state or no state they are going to do this. So dont approve of such policies unless there is any real benefit - which is clearly not the case

so the issue here is not sticking to conditions.And you want better money spent on Telangana.No problem with that. But Think in a long a term with Telangana as a state by itself,you are digging your own grave as Nizam supportes gone come back.And all our 60 yrs of Democartic,Peacefull south will be gone FORVER
Its unfortunate to have Political Leaders who look for their own Benefit. TRS has no chance of winning the AP elections with Majority vote and so KCR decides to seperate the region of Telangana from AP. Its scary to imagine how a seperate Telangana would sustain without adequate agricultural land.
Its unfortunate many political parties in Andhra pradesh are concerned about Telangana districts only at the elections time,it may be state,parliament or for local bodies
