Muslims are happy in India against other countries. They have freedom of living here. But they never think India as their motherland and associate them self in terrorist acts :-(

Once again whats ur problem what people think, as long as our armies/ economy are strong, nothing can happen to us, the day they break down, we will be over run by them just like 1000 years ago !!!
New Delhi: First, Muslim hardliners turned the heat on controversial Bangladeshi author Taslima Nasreen. So much so that she had to run for her life from Kolkata.
And now, it is the turn of celebrated writer Salman Rushdie to face their wrath.
Rushdie is in Mumbai on the invitation of socialite and a member of the Godrej Industries family, Parmeshwar Godrej, to take part in a new AIDS campaign launched by the Godrej group.
A Muslim body in Mumbai, the All India Ulema Association, has taken serious offence to Rushdie's presence in the city and is now directing its anger towards the Godrej Group.
The association has appealed to the entire Muslim community to boycott all Godrej products. They say Parmeshwar Godrej is mocking their community by inviting Salman Rushdie to be a part of her AIDS initiative.
''It is a well known fact that Rushdie has always hurt religious sentiments of the Muslim community through his blasphemous writings. And Ms Godrej by playing host to him has, in a way, tried to make a mockery of the community. So we appeal to the Muslims to boycott Godrej products,'' President of the All India Ulema Association, Maulana Ali Athar Ali was quoted by news agency UNI as saying.
The Muslim outfit wants the Godrej group to apologise for the "insult" to their community.

musharraf's case is easy to explain : he used be a commando. this kafir world does not like commandos with beared.
Imran khan was a notorious playboy. playboys don't keep mullah-length beard....you know..the hygine issues, the stink and the derisive look from the likes of Jemima.
Akram : May be cricket and beared don't go together. Similarly, football and beard also don't go together, so Taliban banned footbal the ROP's paradise of Afghanistan and converted a football stadium to a public lynching ground.

Why to jail the Mullahs ? Rather why dont you think of implementing the same rules strictly in India and other western countries too.. Does this mean the rest of Muslims other than in Pak are Kafirs. If yes then ISLAM is double standard

You are right,Not all muslims but still some some indian mulims favour pasking instead of india . We can see it easily in cricket. i hope now they will change their thiking and hould love their mother land. We should think for country instead above cast,religions

Hey , Please mind your words. This is an in-correct statement made against a community. Atleast not in a web-site where 1000 of readers post their comments. They are very much part of India. I would request rediff to remove such comments on a community
Guys look at the starting line of the article "It happens only in Pakistan". Well going by the present trend in India what with the Congress led UPA govt trying to find a new way to appease muslims every now and then, it won't be long before such announcements are made in India. More sooner than later India is going to be another pakistan and afghanistan or for that matter any other muslimistan.The central govt. now wants reservations for muslims! Who the hell in the govt. respects the Indian Constitution? Have all the sane and right-minded people left the congress-led UPA govt.? Well there is no evidence to deny it. Let the UPA rename itself to United Muslim Appeasement Alliance because of them being more islamic than the muslims.
