Rules are only for fools to follow.

While Haji Namdar bans music, movies, satellite TV etc for others, has anyone checked if he is strictly following himself. He must be feasting on women, FTV, hardcore sex movies himself while he bans them for others.

Living dead !

No TV, no cassette / player, full beard and head covered in the scrouching heat of the desert. Do these guys ever have to live at all? This looks like the upper castes treating scheduled castes in rural india even today. Height of intolerance to human rights. Much worse than the hindu fanatics, who to this have not imposed any dress code....(well they are trying...starting with Shriya...). It is better to die than to be a living corpse, under these islamic rules.

Democracy
by sugato kol on Jan 17, 2008 10:01 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Religion or way of life, whatever you say, must be democratic. It should not be directed or enforcing in nature by a single person or sect. Life is a treasure and we should be clear minded. We are a small creature in this vast universe. We know very little of it. Threfore, enforcing is just ridiculous.

you are confused between religion (a semitic concept of prophet, dogma, revelation and lust for headcount inflation) with ways of life like Dharma.
no wonder you expect religions to be democratically inclined, ignoring all evidence of western and middle-eastern history.

weird religious connection with the beard
by mg on Jan 17, 2008 09:49 PM  Permalink

what is the religious connection with the beard and not moustache?
prophet must be a genius to have found ways to shave the moustache when razors where not present in those days.

what the jehadis don't know
by Sanjeev Sharma on Jan 17, 2008 09:01 PM  Permalink

is that human have been involved in a very ancient kafir pastime called sex since time immemorial. Since that thing predates the advent of ROP, it is actually haraam for any of the true ROPer worth his bomb to engage in the sinful activity.
