Why worry about returning any property to jinah's children when their father created havoc prior to partition and destroyed life savings, properties and assets of millions of people on both sides of the border by creating partition of greater India. Can we go after my elders and grandparents lands & houses left in now, a Pakistan. Can Advani & Manmohan Singh and others get their properties left in Pakistan back? If NO then BIG NAY to JInah or any body else!

It is a normal thing for countries to give some land to build an embassy there, (this is all depends on the country weather they heed the request or turn it down) but no one can claim any part as theirs. Example the Indian embassy at Aldwich, London belongs to India india can to a reason do whatever they will do in India ( far as it is not against Britain), British government has no claim over it even the police have to ask permission to go in ( remember when Pakistani terrorist attacked the Indian embassy the British police could not go in Indian police had to be brought in once the terrorists wer on the street then British police took over. because it is classed as Indian soil. the building is built by India. Similarly the British embassy is British soil. India has no claim over it.this is a mutual agreement. The main door of the embassy is kept closed and any one who wishes to enter requires permission (except the immigration section which is open to public. But to demand an area as part of of some other country like Pakistan is doing then it is not on. If Indian embassy in London decides to close down and move out then British embassy in Delhi also must move out and rent a place (again on the country's discretion)else were. Because that ends the mutual contract. That is how embassys operate. High commissions do not get any land to build on

The sindhis and punjabis were paid in cash for the so-called 'property' they left in Pakistan. They used it to start businesses in India. I only want these refugee business class to please pay taxes and sell quality good and please don't cheat the customers. Be grateful to India.

Well said. Nations have no right to usurp citizen's property. India or Pakistan - whichever country must take the initiative to make restitution to those who moved borders and left everything behind. A special mention to the displaced Kashmiri Pundits who had to leave everything behind and flee their homeland. May God bless them all.
