How dare u call Bihar a dirty place. Bihar is much more cleaner than most of other state of India - Whatever ..industrial waste, hospital waste, general waste,....don't dare say that. though it is a poor state but it is not dirty.
Have you ever heard of any bird flu case from Bihar.

Everytime whenever bihar is referred only the negatives are highlighted. Mumbai mein sareaaam larkiyon ke saath chhed chaad hoti hai, lekin phir bhi bihar badnaam. Delhi mein aaye deen rape cases, lekin phir bhi bihar badnaam. Saalon, pahle apne ghar mein jhaank lo phir dooron ke baare mein dekh lena. Tumlog to saale khud nange ho kya keh sakte ho doosron ke baare mein.
the visuals of farmers culling the birds and carrying them with bare hands and not even plastic covers is bad. there's no work in the villages happening. they exist by themselves, and have to raise a voice after they have suffered enough. there's zero governance in the villages. all the politicians are worried about is getting voted. until the next elections, its resting time.
