Invaders and people with devilish intentions purposefully vitiated the Vedic Dharma established in Bharat. The result is there for all to see. People do not respect Brahmins and there is violence, sin and evil all over the world. Everyone is living in fear and there is no love among human beings. Things can only be corrected if all human beings have faith in Varnashram and take up their roles accordingly with respect for Brahmins, Gurus and Bhagwan.
Though it is wrong and inhuman to rape the visitor guests, if one has eyes, they can surely see on beaches a lot of these foreigners mingling with local girls, many a time minors, for reasons like making their blue films.
While rapists should be rigourously punished, police should also keep their eyes open to punish the foreigners using local girls for wrong purposes.
India is a great culture? I don't think so. There are too many beasts living as people in the Indian society. No wonder India has corruption. When the common men is crooked what else do you expect from him if he becomes a politician, police, judiciary or anything else.
